pls kindly post the link here. It just that most schools in germany are now using uniassist to processed admissions to various schools in germany. Well I still love them and their procedure. It just that one has to pay compusory 75 euros for processing fee. And also submit the certified copies of require documents to their office address.

My school gave me my transcript yesterday with my certificate. my question now is can I apply for my msc with that transcript because it states clearly on the school/course website that I should upload my transcript of records and I should also post it to them by mail.

I've been hearing series of answers concerning this that you can't post or apply to German university with the copy of transcript your school gave you!
Pls help me out as this is giving me serious concern.

funny enough is that my dept mate applied for his transcript online (for local copy/use e.g university or organization in Nigeria ) he added the post graduate address of the university which is in Nigeria though, he knew someone in the university's postgraduate unit, and he got it last Friday from the person in the post graduate unit of that school by hand, it was the same thing as mine... no difference. everything written on his was written on mine. Stamped and signed by registrar. he also wants to use it to apply but not Germany.

I will appreciate a quick response from anybody that has an in-depth knowledge bout this and also from people that have gained admission.

Thank you for sending us your application documents. Please note that verifying the various documents and posting confirmation in TUMonline can take some time and is carried out in several stages.

So don't be confused if not all the documents you sent to us are immediately posted in TUMonline as having been confirmed.

For this reason we would also ask you to refrain from making telephone and e-mail enquiries regarding your document status since this slows down application processing!

Key to document confirmation postings:

- "not provided" - the document either has not yet been received or has not yet been confirmed.

IMPORTANT !!!: If you have not yet submitted your application for admission/enrollment, please be sure to send it to us complete with signature before the application deadline. Even if you are already registered in TUMonline, you are still required to submit the signed application form and certain documents relevant to admission (e.g. your school report) prior to the deadline. The deadline for bachelor's courses is July 15 for the winter semester and January 15 for the summer semester, for master's courses it is May 31 for the winter semester and November 30 or January 15 for the summer semester. (Deadlines may vary. Please refer to the website of your desired degree program for current deadlines.)

- "received" - the document has been received but has not yet been verified

- "not ok" - the document has been received but the form of submission is not ok (usually the authentication is missing)

- "ok" the document has been received and verified and it meets requirements

- "to submit until…" – the document has to be submitted until the fixed deadline

It takes a while so chill. The only time they'll seriously start listening to you is when the application deadline has passed. Otherwise, they'll keep telling you generic stuff like "hold on, we have a lot of people who are applying"

Hi, I just applied to the FRIEDRICH Alexander Universitate online through their online portal but I was asked to sent my documents by post too, the admission closes by 31st of May but i want to find out if I can send a certified letter or language proficiency from my school instead IELTS ......
