FG set to employ relatives of victims of Immigration recruitment stampede On February 9, 20163:51 pmIn News by Tony ChinonsoComments Shares The Federal Government says it has concluded plans to employ families of dead victims and other injured persons of the 2014 immigration recruitment stampede.The Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Danbazau, told newsmen on Tuesday in Abuja shortly after defending the budget of his ministry before the Senate Committee on Interior, that the ministry would soon issue employment letters to those affected. “We have decided that we are going to finally take them on board, so very soon we will issue them their letters of employment. “We have a committee that is looking at the overall exercise and on the other aspects, we will take decision later. “There is a presidential directive and we are implementing that directive, so yesterday we took a final decision on that. “They will get their letters of employment as soon as possible. “It is now for the board to sit down and organise the process, we want to ensure that the process is transparent so that nobody can criticise it in the future,” he said. The minister stated that the ministry would at a later date also look into the case of others who participated in the recruitment test.

When u're recruited to nscdc with ND/NCE so u're likely to b enlisted/placed 2 compass 6, meant grade level 6. But later after 2 or more yrs u're likely to be upgraded with ur HND/BSc when they're doing proper placement/ up grading...But remember to always put ur HND cert to ur documents during d time of doing documentation/induction...So Gud luck

You can quote and unquote me. The replacement in the NSCDC is still ongoig but from private to compass 6. Only the board has the authority from compass 8 upward. Hopefully, by march for general recruitment. FFS also have something cooking. Oluemmy. I hope u got ur appointment letter already unless u don't take liking to compass 6.

THANK GOD! at last, am finally shortlisted to collect my appointment letter. just saw my name on NIS site now.. for the nscdc hopefuls, just be patient. NSCDC will call you guys any moment from now. pls my fellow nairaland pls i need ur help.... someone introduce me to a man, who happens to be a senior immigration officer as he said though don't know if its true and he said he would help me with a slot for civil defence replacement without a dine. now he is requesting me to pay #11,000 for uniform, #8,650 for replacement file, #5,720 for tax which amount to a total of #25,370 he said as soon as i pay the money tomoro my appointment letter will be ready by next week. i am confused as i don't really know how genuine he is and he claim to be a religious man. pls i need ur respond my fellow nairaland.. thanks

Guy, d issue of replacement is not d matter of a day, they neider fill form nor sumtng credentials, but d applicant may be called or ordered to send his acedemic details such as name, acedemic qualificatn,dicipline n contact no, so after been called to abuja or state command 4 his/her appl, documentatn n inductn ill be followd, finally to training ground, mind u it bases on man know man oo. Pls yee shall not ask me for any questn or assistax, because am not up to d task to assist oo, but i talk frm experience.Tax
