You can go hug a transformer for all I care. I insist.. Iridium n platinum spark plugs serve no special purpose...... Take it to the bank.
Copper tipped spark plugs is a better conductor of electricity; and its cheaper.

Not all Benz, check which transmission your car has and get the right one.

5-speed and 7-speed does not use same transmission oil
