The truth is we have not been lucky with manager appointments. We need to keep having a go at it until we get there. A manager sets the tone/system for success. Forget all these structure stuff. Very few clubs in one or two leagues can do the whole structure thing and get away with it. The right manager will fix thee issues.

The club has never stuck with any manager whenever things go south. Fans cry that those managers are performing below the United standard. Yet the standard keeps dropping with each new manager.

The last manager before Amorim finished top 4, then 8, then was sacked at 12 or so. You notice the progress right? Yeah keep on ignoring the problem staring at your face

Before ETH, Ole finished 2nd and remains the only manager to have consecutive top 4 finishes. Before him was Mourinho, who performed even better, I’d say.

Hindsight is 2020, but the fact remains:

Man United’s continuous drop over the years whilst firing managers is evidence enough that the problem is not managers alone.

The club needs to create the right atmosphere for anyone coming in, players included. Let them do their job and give them the best equipments and atmosphere to do it.

What the club needs to do is to get good players with the right mix of physical and technical attributes. These players shouldn’t be purchased for any stvpid Amorim system, they must be good enough to play well under any manager.

We’re going into a final and instead of helping the players with less distractions, they are all doing interviews. The spotlight is just too much and unnecessary.

There’s no way United will be successful as long as it remains a commercial club.
