Lord varys looks the most likely to have killed the stark boy.

When arya was chasing cats, she heard two guys talking about how they've set up things in motion for a fight between the lion and the wolf.

Later baelish and varys had a conversation along that line too when they were checking themselves out, spy for spy. Looked like varys was the one talking to the other person, (who remained unknown) about the plot to cause a fight between Lanister and stark. There wasn't a better plot than to use a lanister dagger to try to kill a stark.

It was Joffrey.

No, he's Lord Protector of the Vale, thats different. But he is Lord Paramount of the Riverlands. He's titles are Head of House Baelish, Lord of Harrenhal, Lord Paramount of the Riverlands, and Lord Protector of the Vale. Why do you say so, there's still Bran and Rickon, the Boltons will be uprooted from the inside.

If the speculation on the interwebs about Melisandre is to be believed she might be instrumental in the return of everyone's favourite night's watch... But it's all speculation (even for the book crowd) and at this point it is safe to say that we know nothing.

The fight even happened offscreen. It was one sided like they only just wanted Stannis to loose. His whole army slaughtered like that. And i dont understand why he would charge at calvary like that. Doesnt he know about battle tactics.
