It is advisable for you to choose dentistry as 1st choice than you choosing medicine as first choice.

Localty means those that come from Oyo-State. NOTE the difference is not that much from the merit. It is advisable for you to score above the merit score.

@dupe UI faculty of law cut-off for last year was 76.6 so work hard to score high score in ur utme and ensure that u have high o'level grades so that u will asure of being invited.

First make sure u go to Jamb office this week b4 it is too late and post the reg-card online and I will try if I can render any help.

thank u o, this is another person that gained admission last year. @kentade pls don't confused pple here and probably they may choose to use any way for admission this year but anyway it goes we are all here and ready to pass u d info.

I just want to congratulate u all. D first and best U.I has cancelled d o'level screening procedure last year december after the senate meeting. U.I admission dis year will be very competitive has everyone above 200 will be invited to come 4 d post utme. Dis wil b made known to you by august when u.i will commence her post utme. Please study hard to pass utme. Don't rely on expo.

How true is ur info and can u pls tell us the source of ur information.

Dat info was wrong ken UI used 60:40 ask anyone who got admission u guys wer jus speakin frm ur imagination den wen u guys sed dis den ma dad calld his pal whop works at d admission office he sed derz nufin lik dat dat it was stil 60:40 rememba nt evrytin on NL is ryt.

well, i've been having sleepless nites concerning dis issue cos i'm obtaining change of school form after jamb.i initially chose uniben and uniport for medicine but i got latest and confirmed news that there was no medicine.i'm so confused.i dont want to pick unilag as second choice but i also want to put ui as first choice.pls is it possible to change one's school after writing the jamb exam? If so, then my jamb score will determine what will happen.i'm certainly sure that the invitation cutoff wont be higher than 80.2 given last yr.whatever the case might be, i pray we all get admitted in Jesus name.AMEN

Yes it is possible to change ur institution but make sure u buy the change of institution form after u must have seen ur result.

@Kenjade pls stop embarrassing urself na UI used 60:40 na i got admission too like u dis year i had 83.3 as aggregate cos ma waec was 52 ova 60 nd ma jamb was 31.3 ova 40 ma oda friend had 84:7 cos he had 56 ova 60 in waec nd 28.7 ova 40 in jamb mehn be sure of wat u say b4 debunkng oda pples remarks.

Dnt say u weren't told. I got admission recently and UI used 50:50. I am 100% sure. U weren't there on our own admission thread so dnt say wat u dunno

ok to confirm ur report and if truly u were given admission can u pls post ur o'level result and JAMB score here so we can calculate it 2gether here on this forum.

I jux got admission into UI. 2 d physiotherapy guy, skul fees for everyfin wif accomodation is N35,500. And pls, UI used 50:50 last year, I dunno wah dey wud use for u guys tho, and Medicine was 80.4 for shortlisting, then after post-utme, d final cut-off was 69 (post-utme score only)

UI used 60:40 ratio last year that is 60 for o'level and 40 for utme probably they may use 50:50 this year but anyhow it goes I pray we all gain admission this year into this great institution
