It will work but you can't use that ATM to fund any other neteller account. It won't work if that ATM has been registered with another neteller account. I used my ATM to fund a friends neteller account, when i wanted to use it for my own neteller account, it didn't work so i contacted them and the process was hell. I had to go to my bank to ask for a new ATM before i was able to fund my neteller account.

OK bro. The account was meant to be funded once. If the emboldened is what I risk encountering, then there's absolutely nothing to be wary of.

Don't bother yourself.
Unless the name on the card is the same with that on the Neteller account, it will not fund.

You also stand the risk of getting your account LOCKED.

I have checked their T&C as regards funding of account and no restriction applies to any person that wishes to fund his/her account with a different ATM. However, I think there's an iota of truth in what pmann2 said. I have reasons for wanting to do this. The owner of the ATM card is also aware and I don't see him punting in the nearest future.
