Did u say explain? The said lady never explained shingbainn to d complaint with all I've read. Do u see the way she handles d situation with threats and initially ignoring the poor lady. Whats more appalling is how she tries to exonerate herself with all her talk. The one that pained me more is where she talked about people crucifying her being worse than she is.
