Questions - My life as an Adult by Bibi Nwafor What if adulthood doesn’t come with answers, only better questions? My first book, Questions: My Life as an Adult, explores the reality that growing older doesn’t always bring clarity, often, it brings deeper and more complex questions. Through reflections on identity, relationships, career, finances, faith, health, and purpose, the book invites readers to embrace uncertainty rather than fear it. Not a guide with answers, but a space for reflection for anyone who thought adulthood would feel more “figured out” than it does. Available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/3982867207

I would never describe my personal and professional development as a linear path. However, one core element has guided my journey and influenced my decisions: understanding and identifying my Unique Selling Proposition for each phase I encounter. Questioning my motives and reflecting on why others inquire about my decisions provides me with a clearer sense of direction. I have attempted to encapsulate this journey in my first published book, "Questions: My Life as an Adult." https://www.amazon.com/dp/3982867207 What strategies have worked best for you in your development?

Join me as I spend 7 incredible days volunteering in Nigeria, across Lagos, Enugu, and Abuja. I visited special needs children’s homes, orphanages, and five schools, where I hosted dream job workshops, general knowledge quizzes, and a creative writing workshop. This journey was all about giving back, youth empowerment, and making a difference through education and creativity. Why I Did It: I believe in the power of education, dreams, and giving back. This trip reminded me that change begins with small actions — and the ripple effect is real. Let’s keep inspiring the next generation — one child, one meal, one conversation at a time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkKJCcPpo-Q |

"In Nigeria in 2024, the average domestic flight fare for a one-way journey was around N89,000 to N98,561 in the first half of the year, before significant increases later in the year, such as the October 2024 Air Peace fare hike to N286,000 on the Lagos-Abuja route. International ticket prices also varied, with the average Lagos-London one-way economy fare dropping to approximately N585,620 ($470) in April 2024 following a price war." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B26xoHPk_JE |

I was at the naija corner for the first time last year definitely interesting experience The Naija Corner—also known more recently as the Lagos Corner—is the official Nigerian focal point at Notting Hill Carnival, located on Adela Street (near Golbourne Road, W10). It acts as a lively gathering spot for Nigerians and those who love Nigerian culture, offering upbeat music, performances, food, and cultural pride. The corner started in the mid-1980s and has grown into an annual highlight of the Carnival. In 2016, in partnership with Lagos State Government, it was rebranded as Lagos Corner as part of the “Love Lagos Weekend” campaign, promoting Lagos’s tourism, arts, and economic credentials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFqkXPUdoTQ |
