Hello Bros,it's quite sometimes I have come up on this thread .Let me make some corrections ,This is not what I was told nor what I heard .Ganiu Owoeye Alias Gabar ,who is said to be Alhaji Mutairu Owoeye Son Never won any Case Infact He did not Take any case to the Court on His own .Truth .The Original case was Between Babatunde Akinde ,Oba Ojugbele ( Onilogbo of Ilogbo who stood as the Asalu Family Head in OTA and others Versus Yekini Solabi of which Alhaji Mutairu Owoeye was hired as There Land Agent.Ganiu Owoeye with Others were listed . Ojugbele and one Tunde Akinde of Agbedi Ajelanwa is laying claims to Ajelanwa Agbedi ,Olowo Igbo,Onse, Ajibawo ,Kajoola Ibooro while the Solabis Family is saying No that the mentioned Lands belongs to them .In a Nutshell .The Judgement at the Appellate Court in Ibadan during August this year 2019 clearly Gave Victory to the Solabis as the rightful owner of Ajelanwa ,Agbedi ,Olowo Igbo and Onse but Kajoola Ibooro was never Parts of the land ,This is what many People does not know , Kajoola Ibooro was clearly Isolated and set aside .Kajoola Ibooro had her Outstanding History,Culture which was Never part of the other Towns.The Judgement says The Solabis Should stay withing the Jurisdiction of the other Towns except Kajoola Ibooro .Once the Judgement was made ,Many do not take time to even ask for the Contents of the Judgement but it's a normal practice of thugs and illiterate Intruders to start Violence. Mutairu Owoeye and co and Ganiu Owoeye does not owe a single piece of Land in Kajoola Ibooro,Neither does Yemi Otun one of Owoeye boys owe any land there ,The truth is that ,The Solabis Family hired Owoeye as there Agent it's as simple as that ,Agent to look for customers for them ,Agent to help develop anywhere the law Permits Sholabis the right .Several Announcements were made over the Radio by Sholabis and Owoeye after the Judgement ,They have been stopped and cautioned that they are free to Advertise but they should never Include Kajoola Ibooro as part of there Land. I have a copy of the Appeal court Judgement in Ibadan that clealy states the details.Kajoola Ibooro was never Owned by the Solabis ,Never owned by Ojugbele ,Never owned by Babatunde Akinde ,Never Owned by Asalu Family .Kajoola Ibooro had her roots in Ibooro Town and there you find the same Historical family roots which are all In Kajoola.There are other Kajoola Towns offcourse but Kajoola Ibooro is distintively different because it is Kajoola Town that has it's Historical roots from Ancients Ibooro Town.Strictly Not Awori Land ,Strictly Not Egun Land . Thanks...There is this bus stop called Atan oja bus stop, we alight at that place and took a bike along a long road....we were coming from Lagos getting to that atan oja bus stop we cross to the other side and took a bike... we will there next week Saturday for the family receipt so l will have the opportunity of going there the second time and also know the exact name of the area....thanks

I know the Area you are talking about ,once you Alight there is ATAN Police station ,You cross to the other side there is also a Filling station ,The road by the side is a very long one which leads to Kajola ,Lemomu Village ....There is no issue if it's Lemomu Village ,There are two Kajola Town one after ATAN ,The other one is the one U get to before Lemomu Village .There are Properties without any Issues you can get .

l just pray is not what am thinking cos a friend just bought 2 and the half plot of land at Atan two weeks ago though that l was the first time l visited that area. He bought #350,000 for a plot, #175,000 for half a plot and also paid #45,000 for family receipts.

I humbly want to bring to the Notice of the Nigerian Police PPRO to please Look into this matter .The DPO at ATAN Police Station Should be questioned .Also The Same TUNDE AGBEDI have severally connived with some SARS (State SARS Monitoring )to Intimidate and Harass the Indigene of this Peaceful Town Claiming the whole Town belongs to Him A Town which has existed for more than 200 Years .A Land Matter should be Charged to Court where all Parties Involved takes a Legal Battle so the Judge Determines a Winner and not some Police Officers trying to Support someone to take over a Property .I wish a Well Connected Nigerian here on Nairaland could link us up to the Police Public Relation or AIGS.
