There is something called niche or demographic target in business. Now barbing salon is mainly just a male market while laundry is both male and female, hence from a broad perspective laundry may be more dependable. However, there are other factors to consider, such as setup cost, competition in the area and most importantly passion and business knowledge. From your question, you seem to assume there are different aircrafts for each class.

You can't make assumptions for an experience you have never had. Observations is very different from experience. The 1st class experience varies from one airline to another, it's not just the number of seats per row. Some 1st class experience includes full length bed space for long flights, assorted food and drinks, VIP lounge etc

The south east has trade and commerce but they need supplies from other region.
