The fallen angels introduced fornication to mankind by sleeping with all the ladies they choose during Noah's time {Genesis 6:1-2} most people don't understand why God had to use a global deluge to destroy those evildoers back then. It's understandable that the specified form of dust God used to form humans were still very much around before the flood and that's exactly what those fallen angels used to make fine bodies for themselves, those bodies lasted long because it's exactly what God used in making Adam but after the flood that type of dust was flushed away so the demons can't make use of it no more.
So they can only use materialised bodies for some time and dematerialize again, that's why people are seeing the living dead among us today disappearing at will after being found by people who recognize the bodies they're using.

You can use ordinary notepad but notepad++ makes it much easier because it'd highlight errors.

notepad++ is an editor like VSCode, sublime, atom, etc. it was the perfect editor for programming. It dominated all order IDE at that time because of it's lightweight, flexibility and plug-in. VSCode has taken the mantle. I don't think notepad++ is still been used because it rarely get updates.
If you are looking for an IDE, you should use VSCode or sublime I would add intellij but it is too heavy
