If the average Nigerian with access to phones and internet is suffering the effects of this cash swap crises, I wonder what the students in private unis, where phones are prohibited are passing through.

How are the students in those unis coping with this currency crises? An era were transfer is the only solution... The USSD codes stuff are all dead or jam packed.
