Peter Obi will leave to regret his decamping decisions for the rest of his life. I wonder if he was paid by Tinibu to tactically spilt PDP votes.

PO just traded his opportunity to become the VP of Nigeria, and may be President of Nigeria some day , with this brief polictical reality show fame.

All the while PO campinged with Atiku in the last election, his ambition was to become the president of the nation, and not the vice president. This might have contributed to their loss at the polls.

Today PO has made the road to the ASO Vila very smooth for Jagaban.

Atiku a light weight polictian does not have what if takes to win Tinibu, even in his own house. I am exegerating.....

Atiku was flawed disgracefully in the last election. PO on the other performed very well judging by the number of votes he commanded from his region.

We can all agree that PO saved the PDP from maximum disgrace.

Atiku is a paper weight polictian. Same Atiku that lost his local government to Buhari.

I was asked to implement a Lottery system. that has the following functionality.

1. add_user(string: user)
2. remove_user(string: user)
3. pick_random_winner() -> string

Yes that was how easy it was but i bombed. Immediately i saw add and remove my mind immediately went to the king of all data structure HashMap but boy i was wrong a vector would do just fine, the problem here is the functionality to pick_random_user and the function signature. how do you do that with a HashMap if data are stored anywhere in memory? meanwhile in Array everything stored contiguously. But i was busy thinking of speed

In as much as hash map would be good for add and removal in 0(1) time. it's bad for random access.

could use HashSet but random would still Bleep you up.

I'm in Lagos now and every major roads from Mainland to Island you drive through you must see combat ready soldiers and army trucks everywhere, these soldiers no dey even respond to your greetings, very fierce-looking and business-like.
