How much is Lagos contributing to the national budget?


Left for only ND nobody will be unemployed in the region no matter the corruption..

In 2015,this milk was sold for 28k or less than because then,we used to share it among our colleagues,and it's either I buy this one below,Lactorich or Dano.

Mathematically,it is cheaper for me and my house than buying refill at #2,200 which may only last me one day or at most two days.

So,yesterday the one I bought in early March this year got finished and I and my wife decided to buy another one that would at least last for another 5months or thereabout.

The price of this milk is now #89,500 Dano that is locally produced is #87,000.

I can see why the poor has been relegated in
Nigeria and their voices have been smashed and dimmed. Ask the man on the street about the economy,he would say,e go better as if has ever been better in this country.

If we don't put the right people in govt,the poor and the needy would continue to wallow in abject situations.

Naija my country.

This particular brand I guess is fit for humans?

The main reason are our bad Nigerian African up bringing…

The management of such firms are not serious with customer care… The owners of the company are also terrible people..

Nigerian women bring their bad attitude to work. Even some low life males are not exempted… Women are the biggest culprits in that department..

Tbh, I didn't know anything about the Mohbad celebrity that just died but I saw the thread which made FP about his death when it was just created but ignored.

If you are praying to live long, then be ready to experience some things whether good or bad .

Still wondering what could have led to the Mohbad guy's death if not spiking of his drink

I had the gory first hand experience less than a month ago.

I am a solo drinker, prefer to have my drink and waka. So it was my as usual solo drinking, I saw this lady coming with a guy, the lady sat not too far from me while the guy left for counter to get drinks. Well, that was none of my business just observation.

The guy came back, gave the lady the drink and left, again none of my business. So after some mins , this said lady tried to initiate a conversation with me, I no be womanizer, even if I am, she wasn't my type in anyway, in order not to embarrass her, I tried to respond to her .

I was curious just to ask about the guy she came with, she told me the guy is his brother that they just lost one of their relatives and decided to have a drink. That's normal.

So she mover closer to where I was sitting from her distant place before. We had some chats for some mins and then she requested I buy her a drink, that no shouldn't be a big deal but eventually it was. Before I returned, my drink was spiked, that should be around 10pm , I returned back home the next morning around 9pm from God knows where without remembering what happened between 10pm to 9am.

How my money was transferred my account around 4 am that I couldn't remember a shit, it wasn't the transfer my problem, how they got my pin without me given them is not something possible, but I have no record of it.

Whatever might have been spiked into my drink was something powerful enough to erase your thinking or your action without being consciously aware.

I truly believe people can hate you for no single reason, just for hating sake. Same scenario can be related to this Mohbad guy. Wetin fit kill him at just 27 or so?

So people, I've not really been active on here, I apologize, work wan kee me lol

Soon, I'd be leaving the country for the first time (for work), and I'm super excited. My passport and visa ready, I need to do a COViD result test a day before the team leaves. Tech can literally change one's life, but at the same time, it has been so challenging lol.

I was asking myself this morning, that why do some children of the clergies, pastors and God servants behave badly. I understand that irrespectively of whom their parents are, a child can turn out bad for different reasons. But one would expect that for a man who is well revered for his good standing in the society, should influence his children to model what he preached to others.
After all, the Bible recommends that anyone aspiring for the office of a leader in the church, should at least rule well in his family, having his children in subjection (1 TIMOTHY 3:2-4)

Below are my thoughts as to why this anomaly may exist in such a Godly home

1) Busy parents not having time to disciple and mentor their children.
Some of these men of God are too busy with ministerial invitations and functions, that they don’t spare time to mentor their children.

2) Some of their children have not known God personally
Sometimes all the kids know is church and religion; which entails strict ways of doing things, and this can be boring to them. Boredom can make you try things that defame the name of God. Knowing God gives you a strong conviction as to why you should do things a particular way, because then you are not seeking to please your carnal mind but to do the mind of God. In 1Samuel 2:12 Eli’s sons did not know God. Imagine the sons of a high priest not knowing God or having regard for Him.

3) They honor their children more than God.
When you care much about hurting the feelings of your children more than the feelings of God, then you are setting your children up for disaster. You give them everything they ask for because you don’t want to offend them. You fear rebuking them because you want to be loved by them. Eli made that mistakes and he paid greatly for it.

4) Wrong expectations
Every child has their own God given assignment to fulfill. Expecting the child to choose your path especially when they are not as gifted as you are, can lead to frustration which may make them to become rebellious and veer off the right way.

5) Wrong examples shown to them by their Parents and other religious authority around them
Children learn more from what we do than what we say. Assaulting and insulting your spouse at home can turn your kids into violent, in-secured kids. The hypocrisy they witness growing up always affects them as adult, and it is because of such hypocrisy that some of them even abandon the faith.

6) Perception
Some church leaders care more about how people see them than who they are. I have heard of mothers giving abortion pills to their kids ,because why would it be said that a Pastor's daughter is pregnant out of wedlock. so rather than getting to the root of the problem to see what led to it, and help the child to behave better; more focus is given to managing public perception of the pastor and his family. such fake life does not help the kids at all. bring them under the light of the truth and mold them appropriately.

6) Lack of spiritual covering
A successful man of God is always a target of the enemy. The enemy can attack his ministry or his family, and so, such a person should always pray for his family. May God help us and give us the wisdom to do the right thing and to get the right result.
