wahabcoal: Yea its pretty tricky but very easy. IELTSBuddy and an ebook i downloaded also was very resourceful (way2Study). Study them and you are good to go.

ferdimako: Calculate your days.It's practical! it takes like 14 days to get your IELTS score sheet, then you apply for visa. Make sure every other paper is ready.It's possible, Kmotee got his grant after 8days.

Evening peepz, got an offer from UNSW will be completing my payment at least in 2weeks time will also be writing my IELT test on 24th Nov, what should be my next move after completing my payment and how long does VISA last? Will I be given less time coz I'm gonna start from Year one (that's after foundation studies)

I am not trying to discourage you from bringing in condiments from home.There are African shops at Paramatta (Church street), Liverpool (Railway street, about 45 metres away from Liverpool station), Enmore (Enmore street, approximately 40 metres from Newtown station). Yam, cocoayam (Ede oku and the other type for bitterleaf soup), crayfish, assorted fruits and fresh vegetables including green, okro, ewedu etc can be purchased at Paddys Market, Flemington - the biggest fruit market in Sydney just right there at the Flemington railway station. For cheap and fresh groceries visit Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, Iga and Reject shops; miracle eye, Hay market at China town close to central station and food works for Asian food stuffs like indomie and the other "orisirisi" including toad and octopus
