these are the states I want created:
--toru ebe state for SS
--anioma state from delta for SE
--ahoada state from rivers for SE
--southern kaduna state for NC
--the SW should have one state
--taraba state should be moved to NC
--zamfara and kebbi should be merged into one state
once these states are created,SS and SE will have 7 states each to be at par with other regions.
