Investogist: Someone who read our article yesterday and followed the application link said he successfully applied and he even shared the screenshot with us.
He said he used Chrome browser. He also said and I quote "it will give issues in the beginning but persistently it will go through."
I think the issue might be because of the traffic on the site. Did this individual get any response for successful completion via mail? |

You can walk into any of the Nirsal MFB closest to you for disbursement into your loan account if you do not have an account already? By the way when were you trained and interviewed? Honourable Mentions to @clarifier , you did justice to all the queries. God bless you. To those still having doubts please act now. |

Honestly, I am tempted to compare and contrast the application process of Facebook Grant and that of Covid-19 loan from our very own Nirsal MFB.
That would have to wait till later in the week.
But truth be told, We are decades behind. Is it the prompt response from the very courteous customers service help desk or is it the well outline section of FAQs just to mention of few.
Personally, I don' think the entire process can even be compared. |

Investment › Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by lincDzinc(op): 8:45pm On Sep 06, 2020 |
Hello Everyone, This Thread is solely created for those that have successfully applied for the facebook grant.
Facebook has announced a ₦500 million grant to support 781 small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Nigeria, as part its $100 million Global Grants Programme announced earlier this year, which aims to support 30,000 SMBs in over 30 countries.
Aimed at stimulating economic recovery following the effects of COVID-19, this is expected to help empower and extend a lifeline to local small business owners who have been most affected.
The grants will be administered and managed by Deloitte in partnership with FATE Foundation and Afrigrants. It will be provided as a combination of cash and ad credits to help small businesses as they rebuild, re-engineer and recover operations during this challenging year. Available to qualifying SMBs in Nigeria, applications were opened from 24th August 2020 for the North East, North West and South East regions and 26th August 2020 for the South West, South-South and North Central regions.
About 781 small businesses in Nigeria will benefit from the ₦500m grant. These businesses can be from any industry in Nigeria, including the fashion industry. The funds will be released as cash grants and ad credits to help empower local small business owners who have been most affected by the pandemic.
It is worthy to note that cash grant to the tune of about 400k and facebook ads of about 200k would be given to successful beneficiaries. |

CHM11: Congratulations, you've actually done 80% already. I think they actually need more staff at the moment. Zenithbank interview is probably one of the simplest and most organized interview I have ever attended. Usually four interviews on same or different days, depending on the HR plans for the day. Each interview doesnt take long, about 4-10 mins.
Just keep it simple from your end, remember that less is more. Listen more than you talk, say only what is necessary. The only thing that can make u fail a zenith interview is when you say things that are red flags. A dumb guy has more chances of passing the interview than a blabber mouth.
I had mine some 5 years ago, things might have changed now..but if u know about zenith bank, why its number 1, its history, name of Directors, why you want to work in Zenith, what you studied and how you can apply skills gained from University (teamwork, Listening, integrity, great eye for detail, client/customer focused, result oriented, empathy, continuous improvement mindset, fast learner etc) to banking etc, then you should do very well.
congratulations once again, wish you the very best. 5 years? ...what's promotion like in Zenith... rumour has it... it is now every 60months... ? |

1stCitizen: Most people start their banking careers without an exit strategy. It's just like Business. You should know when and how to quit.
I remember seeing a Regional Director of one of the banks in Nigeria weeping after he lost his job. Dude said all his kids were in expensive schools in Canada and his only house was on mortgage. I thought to myself that this could happen to anyone. I once told my colleague that I would spend a maximum of 10 years in the banking sector. I had a plan. In 5 years I was a Manager but was ready to leave and in 2 more years I was out of the slave factory. The day I resigned I felt some weight lift from my shoulders and I slept well after 7 years.
I am smiling now and with his mercies I will continue to smile. In 5 years you were a manager? |

chekasforchekas: Please help, I opened a first bank domiciliary account with first bank, and now am trying to transfer money from Turkey to the account but could not, please anyone who will be able to help and advice, do Nigerian banks still accept dollar to dollar transfer, or dollar to Naira, please help. Hello, Dom accounts are of two types... Cash Dom and Ordinary Dom. For cash Dom as the name implies, you can only lodge in cash while Ordinary Dom receives both cash and foreign transfers to and from the account , I guess the Dom account you opened with firstbank is Cash Dom. And yes dollar to dollar trf is still possible.. as long as it is Ordinary Dom but if you won't be able to cash out if the medium through which it came in is via trf... u can only do futher transfer... except if the policy have changed now. For further clarification please engaged them on their handle on twitter. I hope have been able to help. |
