please what can one do if after more than 11 weeks of interview, no AM nd all required docs have been submitted.

Alien office saying expecting docs from embassy and Embassy keeps saying application is being processed whenever contacted..

My cousin is also waiting for AM, she's in her 11 week too.
Whenever she mails embassy they keep saying it's being processed.

Her SL is from Kiel.

She contacted the alien office of her intended School, Magdeburg and they replied that they've approved her Visa from the alien office. So I don't know what's delaying them till now. Her school starts today.

Please house can you help out with suggestions on what can be done.

My friend went for an interview on the 16th of January, and she signed that she will block her fintiba account, the embassy sent her a message requesting for her blocking confirmation, and she just got a scanned copy of her SL, and by Monday she will get the hard copy. She's confused cos she doesn't know how to send the message to the embassy telling them she has SL, and can she send the scanned copy through email tomorrow then on Monday she sends the hard-copy?

Try booking with another email or gmail account
When I cancelled mine, I couldn't book with the same email had to use another email immediately.

I have not gotten my admission yet but I'm hopeful it will come soon. I'm confused cos I saw about 3 dates yesterday, 12th, 19th and 29th of December.

My question is if I book on the 29th and close to that time, I don't get the admission letter, can I still cancel it and book another available date without been penalized?

After your interview, you will be notified to fund... Send detailed explanation to the embassy starting when you will fund and your travel date. But you might not be able to travel on October 1st if you fund September 20th as embassy might require more days to get your visa ready and send to you.

For certification, you will book appointment online and go with print out of the email sent by the embassy.

3 sets of documents can be certified though I don't know about the cost. Last time, I did for free. From the information I got, cost of around 3k if you are certifying more than 3 sets of documents.

Since it's uni-assist, I taught they require only 1 set of documents. I stand to be corrected tho...

So I can't go on the 1st, please do you know if 5th or 6th will be late too. Does the embassy take more than 2weeks after funding.


The schools are not using uniassist.

I can help you with number 2. She needs to go to the German consulate website and book and appointment.

The first 3 applications are certified for free. Anything after that is N3300/application.

I'll be having my visa interview on the 10th of August and my enrollment date starts from Sept 25th to 19th October. I'm planning to fund the account on 20th September cos that's when the money will be available.
Please is it too late cos I wish to travel on the 1st of October?

2). Again, a friend of mine wants to certify her document in the embassy, will she need to fix an appointment for that or she should just go to the embassy.?
She will be certifying 3 set of documents for 3 different schools that are not under uniassist, how do they charge at the embassy?

I've opened the fintiba account but my funding is not available now, but it will be paid into my Fintiba account September first week. My enrolment date is 25th of September.

Please I want to ask, can I schedule for the visa interview without the account been funded and I don't have any other statement of account to show.

Please I really want to know your take on this, what are my chances of getting the visa.

I sent a follow up mail to them last week and they never replied. I then sent a reminder mail to them today and Booooooooom! The reply was an admission decision.

Does anyone have/had this problem:

My sister sent her Bsc Cert to uni-assist, uni-assist rejected it that they need the transcript, now the problem is, her university mos definitely doesn't give student copy. They want to send the original straight to the school. Now here is the problem, uni-assist stated that they want "certified copy" for all docs and no original.

The university will send original to uni-assist, which is not a certified copy. We could aswell find a way to get the transcript if we want to, but the second problem is, the school always write "receiver's name and address" on the transcript, so i feel it won't make sense when a transcript is addressed to uni-assist and uni-assist see that it's a photocopy but as been certified. SAD but i don't know if people will understand my write up, but anyways below are the questions needing clarification.

Question:
- Should the university go ahead to send the transcript to uni-assist straight (which is original and not certified)
- Should we find a way to get the transcript (we can work around collecting it), photocopy and have it certified before it's been sent (uni-assist address is already on the first page of the transcript)

Please any honest advice will go a long way...

I understand you clearly. Found myself in that situation too but what I did was: address the transcript to a place like your place of work.,pay all the money... Just make it look like your place of work needs it.. It will be posted directly to your place of work. Get it, photocopy, certify every page and send it to uniassist through courier.... Keep the original and thank me later...

Wow! Thanks so much for the advice, I have a little knowledge of R-programming.
I used R and minitab for my B.Sc project analysis (Time Series Analysis), this is because there were some library codes I didn't understand how to use them, so I had to also use minitab.
Don't know if there are books you can recommend or be an online tutor if I have any challenge I ask you.
