Yes there are doctors in the army, but dont u think if they care so much about the health of the mass, they should probably laision with the ministry of health and the state govt.

I have an online friend I met here on Nairaland, we chat on WhatsApp...and i noticed she sometimes bring up stuff just to strike a long convo and from there we go in to banters and stuff...The point is bpht parties have a role to play.
