The Senate has finally approved the e-transmission of results directly from polling units to IReV. By implication, any result uploaded to IReV is legally valid in court, and situation rooms can confidently rely on IReV data to pre-collate party results.

I have reviewed the current situation in Nigeria carefully, and it is clear that almost 98% of the senators currently in office would lose their seats in 2027 if elections were to be truly free, fair, and results mandatorily transmitted in real time.

The only senator I know who could realistically survive such an election is Senator Abaribe.

Even in my own senatorial district, Delta North, Ned would not survive a credible contest against any serious Kwale candidate such as Tilije, Osanebi, or my brother and comrade, Ozegbe.

Name any senator you believe could survive 2027 under a genuinely free and fair electoral process.
