The Northern votes depends on which zone. As of right now, Atiku is the strongest Northern candidate and even he isn't sure of the North West. He has never won the NW and this is a problem for him.

Atiku can win the NE, yes. But without the NW and SE, he will fail. For Tinubu to lose 2027, Atiku has to convince the NW to vote for him (which they hardly do) and Peter Obi must not contest so he can win the SE.

As for the SS, the APC doesn't need to win the SS, they just need to cut down the difference and pick the important 25%.

So where do you think Tinubu will get his block votes, in the NW, as against Atiku? If anyone is telling you that any core northern electorate will queue behind Tinubu as at today or the present day administration and you will believe it? I'm sorry dear

Firstly, I don't believe late submission has any impact on been admitted, i say so because I applied and make payment just 7days to the closure and got admitted on yhe 27th April

Secondly, i didn't submit any English proficiency certificate, I only submitted the letter giving to me by UNN that my Bachelor's was in English. I will chat you now

No, they don't have embassy in Nigeria, but you will send your application through courrier direct to Luxembourg, then the authority will grant you authorization to stay, and as soon as you receive your authorization to stay you will proceed to Belgium embassy in Abuja or France embassy in Lagos to get your passport stamp and Visa issued

For, HND, I don't know, but as for me I have Bsc with GPA of 3.68 from UNN
