Obi be warm, and don’t allow this people to deceive you. |
As a concerned Nigerian who desires the best for our country, I want to passionately appeal to Mr. Peter Obi: please do not return to the PDP, even if they offer you an automatic presidential ticket. The recent attempts by the PDP to lure you back are part of a carefully orchestrated scheme by Wike, Tinubu, and the APC — a desperate move to dismantle the emerging coalition, especially now that it’s clear they have no viable path to victory in 2027 due to their abysmal record in governance. The facts are undeniable — the numbers speak for themselves. With an Atiku-Obi ticket, it’s game over for the ruling elite. Nigeria is a democracy, not a one-party state created to serve the ambitions of one man at the expense of over 200 million citizens. By God's grace, that will never be our fate. The APC and its allies have relentlessly tried to break any strong opposition, just as they did to the PDP and Labour Party. But with God and the people of Nigeria on our side, they have failed — and will continue to fail. Come 2027, those who have looted and betrayed this nation will be answering to justice — possibly in a maximum-security facility deep in Sambisa forest, El Salvador style. Final plea: Mr. Obi, I beg you in the name of God, and in the spirit of Anambra — your home — do not abandon this coalition. Stand firm with Atiku and all those genuinely committed to rescuing Nigeria from this quagmire. Obi, Obi, Obi — I call your name three times because the fate of millions of Nigerians rests in your hands. The choices you make now will shape their future. Do not fall for the trap laid by Wike, Tinubu, and the APC through the PDP. Be wise. — Collins from Kwale, Delta State |
BlakKluKluxKlan:Could you please confirm to me anywhere in the South-South or south east were the people are eager and want to vote Tinubu for second term? None. Can you confirm if the Yorubas will prefer to vote Atiku against Tinubu? If no. Then why do feel north to vote for Tinubu against their son, dey play. The North know that Tinubu can never handover power to them. So failure president is a goner |
Akpakomiza2:So you people amuse me, so the North central will vote Tinubu because he has imporvierish the more, while dey could no longer feed or go to farm. Please tell what makes you think the NC will ever vote Tinubu |
helinues:Mr man, can you be one be realistic with yourself. It's glaring on your face but you refuse to acknowledge it. There is no single corner of this country that you will go and see anyone wishing to see Tinubu win second term that's because everyone want him out. So stop deceiving yourself |
chidiokay:Your analogy is wrong, have you noticed that over 90% of northern elite are on air almost every day stylishly criticizing Tinubu, that shows you that north has gone. Fayose just confirmed it. Atiku/Obi will send PBAT parking and you know it |
helinues:Allegiance shifted to favor Tinubu? So that they will start buying a loaf of bread for 10k right? I laugh you. Know it now that Tinubu has never gain a single additional supporters but has lost millions of supporters just this year alone. Please don't be deceive |
helinues:Which South-South my brother?, this is my region and I'm here on the ground, so don't assume. Don't you see how Edo people descended on the Gov on the statement against Obi, that shows you that SS is not close to any failure same as South east |
This is a response to Mr. Fayose regarding his statement: “2027: Tinubu Has Taken Over the South, He Needs Little Votes From the North.” Atiku has stepped aside and left the PDP for those of you who sabotaged it—likely for financial benefits from Tinubu—ultimately burying your political careers in Nigeria for good. As things stand today, none of you who sold out the PDP for peanuts can even win a councillorship election in your own wards, including Wike, Ugwuanyi, and others. So please, let Atiku be. You claim Tinubu has "captured the South" and only needs a few votes from the North—but which South are you referring to? You deliberately avoid specifics, because we all know the South-South and South-East are no-go areas for Tinubu. And we have people from those regions on Nairaland who can confirm this—no jokes. Obi dominates both zones, whether you like it or not—that’s the plain truth. Now you admit Tinubu has lost the North, yet you claim Obi will come second. So you’re suggesting Obi will get most of his votes from the North to come second? That’s laughable. The truth is, you're clearly afraid of Atiku. You're only pushing for Obi to contest so Atiku won't gather enough votes from the South. But let’s be honest—Atiku already has the North locked down. He only needs a reasonable showing in the South. And with Obi’s on the same ticket with Atiku, then Obi tsunami in the South, PBAT is finished. All of you will be politically retired and likely paying visits to the EFCC. So just relax. After the 2027 elections, many of you corrupt politicians will face the kind of prison system we see in El Salvador. You’ll learn the hard way. |
lebienconnu:Please from which state is PBAT going to get the votes from?. Okay you're banking on rigging, then wait and see |
yarimo:Epain you shaa, more to come. It's a Nigerian project to kick Tinubu out of Aso rock for incompetency. Well it's a done deal |
APC should continue wasting our money on trying to spread propaganda against the figures in the ADC. But unfortunately for them, over 90% of Nigerians have deserted them. Nigerians wil vote any other Nigeriansbut Tinubu |
Dalohad:Brother they know that there no pathways for APC to win 2027. They always come up with one excuse like "you don't understand Nigerian politics blabla" |
WesleyPepper:My brother if you don't know as at today my friends and some school mates still call me Buhari, because I was one of the major Niger Deltan youths supporting and preaching Buhari integrity within in my community in 2014 But unfortunately he disappointed me. Jonathan was my brother but he wasn't doing well as at then, even though things look better then. I'm a Nigerian that want the best for my country and I will never support failure |
OLADD:Obi's actions and inactions is to keep the APC in suspense so that they'll not know where to attack from, and Secondly keep the media talking there taking opposition by surprise. Remember they have stretegize all plans to scatter any strong opposition ahead of 2027. So Obi and Atiku will keep playing with their psyche till when is convenient to let it out.. Before the coalition comes to public every negotiations and agreement have been agreed, signed and sealed. Everything you're seeing today from PO is a mind game |
SeeWahala:Don't mind them, the fight to remove incompetent leaders would have been a collective effort but some decided to be blinded with tribalism |
helinues:Keep consoling yourself. APC is out already |
This is a reply to the APC sponsored post titled "2027: Peter Obi Was Tricked Into Atiku-backed Coalition – Obi's Ex-Aide" Be reminded that Peter Obi wasn't tricked, he worked for it and got it. Peter Obi never approached the coalition to become the flag bearer because he understands that if he were on the ballot as the main candidate, it would make rigging easy for the APC, and they would simply tell him to go to court. However, with Atiku as the presidential candidate and Obi as his running mate, it’s game over for the APC. So, Obi has chosen to keep them in suspense and uncertainty. But now that they've figured out his intentions, they’ve resorted to launching various attacks disguised as advice or praise—claiming that Obi is too big to deputize Atiku. Well, they’ve failed, because Obi will indeed deputize Atiku, and the APC is finished. It’s already signed and sealed. |
For sure. President Tinubu had no pathway to victory. I challenge his bot on Nairaland to come tell us whether people in there area wants Tinubu back or not |
Like El Rufai said: Re: President Tinubu Has No Pathway To Win In 2027 Remove emotions and include possible rigging: Apart from the South West, where else can President Tinubu win convincingly in 2027? In the North, especially the North West and east, he may struggle to get even 25% of the votes. In most states, it could be even less. In the South South and South East, it will be difficult for him to get up to 500,000 votes combined. I’m based in Delta State, so I know the mood on the ground. Anyone saying otherwise is not being honest. Even Governor Sheriff is losing support, especially since Senator Omo-Agege has perfected the plan to moved to ADC. No insults—just counter this with facts based on what you’re seeing in your area, not guesses. |
One thing politicians are really good at is deception—especially when it comes to making their bosses believe they're working relentlessly on their behalf. Take Okpabio, for example. The man couldn't even win his own senatorial race in 2023 without resorting to underhanded tactics that led to sending a professor to prison. And now, he's trying to convince the president that the South-South voters are fully behind him. My question to Okpabio is: Which South-South are you talking about? The reality is, President Tinubu’s support base in the South-South is less than 2%. That’s insignificant in the grand scheme of things and won’t help PBAT win at all. As someone born and raised in the Niger Delta, I can tell you firsthand that no one here is interested in voting for Tinubu or associating with him in 2027. In fact, people just want him out. They believe he's the one behind their suffering. If you don’t believe me, come down here and see for yourself, or ask your contacts on the ground. Take, for instance, the way the First Lady was treated when she visited the School of Nursing Science in Asaba earlier this year. She was humiliated, wasn’t she? That’s the kind of reception waiting for Tinubu here in 2027. So, Mr. President, I implore you—please don’t fall for these politicians’ lies. Work directly with people like us, the ones on the ground, who can give you an honest account of what’s really happening and how the people truly feel. Lastly, don’t be misled into thinking the South-South and South-East are not the same when it comes to oelection. You can’t rely on one and neglect the othe because they always have one cult-like voters bloc |
helinues:Even SW is not sure for Tinubu, though he may enjoy a bit of solidarity votes but that will be enough for him |
fkelly:Don't mind the people who haven't been in the region all there lives. Tinubu will lose big in the SS region and woefully in Delta state |
I've read on Nairaland how some paid supporters claim Tinubu has the South-South vote secured. I’m baffled because, in my Delta State, not even an uneducated market woman speaks well of him—curses rain on him day and night. If you're from the South-South, especially Delta, feel free to challenge me. I maintain that Tinubu won’t get 10,000 votes in any local government here, even with rigging. He can’t muster 100,000 votes across Delta. Doubt me? Come see for yourself or ask your contacts here. Nobody praises Tinubu; instead, you hear, “We can’t wait to vote him out.” Deltans aren’t with Tinubu. I’m yet to meet one person singing his praises. Claims that he has the South-South in the bag are nonsense. Which South-South, please? |
In Delta State, there's a 60% chance Sheriff may lose the election. Many feel betrayed by Governor Sheriff, as all 15+ ethnic groups, including his Urhobo voters, are not happy with his defection to the APC. |
Lexcott:Got rejected on what please? You mean you admission was rejected or the ATS? |
aswani:Keep deceiving yourselves, tell me any north central states Tinubu can get block vote aside kwara. You people keep trying to play to the psychology of Nigerians, trying had to make it look like Tinubu regime has hope. Which SS are you talking about? Bunch of jokers. NW will abandon Atiku to vote Tinubu? Keep deceiving yourselves. So the SW will also abandon PBAT and vote ATIKU.... dey play |
casualobserver:Keep on consoling yourselves, after all, PDP and it's members had same fake confidence in 2015 but what was the end game. When the masses, the people, the oppressed are against you, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Like they say PBAT is a OTP |
kedeojo:I can see how you people can not tell or constructively tell us how you can win SS. You you indirectly claim to come from the SS. Pls can you tell me any state Tinubu can get up to 20% in the region with facts, apart from thinking the govs will help him get 25% I'm on the ground here and I'm talking from the source and I'm not speculating. For your clarity i am a full blooded Deltan from Kwale, the headquarters of Ndokwa west lga of delta state, and a prominent son of delta north along with prominent personalities like Jim ovia, Elumelu's, Ngozi Okonjo, Jay Jay, Uti Nwachukwu, etc.So don't call me names You must be an outsider to think that SS will vote for Tinubu to get VP in 2031, you people keep deceiving yourselves with such narrative, there is nothing as such here. What everyone is waiting for here in the region is for 2027 to come so that they can chase the Apc and Tinubu out. Another fake narrative is Amaechi as president, hmmm you people cannot stop amazing me. Do you think the north will trust Tinubu in 2027 and will not trust Obi? Wonder shall never end. |
favor914:You're banking on INEC to bail you out by disqualifying other parties or frustrating them out. Well, you're mistaken. INEC will likely do its best for APC, no doubt, but times have changed." So, can you tell which candidate the people of the South-South will vote for? PBAT ? Lol You'd have to ask your friends here or, at best, come down to conduct a survey. Don't worry, you people will learn, and you'll learn the hard way. |
Factcheck0001:You're right, because I'm not an influencer, and I never claimed to have the ability to sway voters. However, as a citizen deeply rooted in the community, I can confidently report with 95% certainty the mood in the South-South region, given my roots and upbringing here. Secondly, referring to me as a "boy" might be inaccurate, considering I'm a 33-year-old graduate from one of Nigeria's top federal universities, with excellent grades. I'm not a schoolboy; I've earned my credentials. Let's see how your PBAT will perform outside the South-West, even with potential rigging - of course we're not expecting a fair election, but even with manipulation, I doubt he'll make significant gains beyond his stronghold SW. Get ready for a significant blow, akin to a hammer strike from the state of Israel to IRAN ! |
ImpartialGuy:Vote buying for the presidential election here in Delta state and the entire region does not work. Yes, to an extent you can rig few polling units to give him 25% just like what Hope Uzodimma did in imo state in 2023, however, the narrative has changed with the anti people policies and hardship that BAT has inflicted on the masses |
