Nigerians are not in the list of Panama E- Visa.
You either apply in Moroccan or south African embassy which they will send your documents to the Panamanian security council for approval.
and you have to visit this embassies in person if your visa is approved for collection.
so its not an easy process as many think.

I think you are also not completely right Mr Linzo, nowadays financial commitment goes beyond ur sponsor writing letter, l will use my application as a case study, l have 2 sponsors, relative and non relative and both had enough money in the account to sponsor 4 people sef, they both wrote declaration of the specific amount to sponsor me with, these sponsors are real not fake yet l was refused based on financial grounds below. I even have a personal savings of 2M,Pension 2.5M.

Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or
program of studies that you intend to pursue.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family
members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself
and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada.

So financial goes beyond wat both of u said, especially if ur sponsor is not u or ur parents l guess, the VOs judge our application based on wat Nigerians are doing there.

Now l am trying to figure out how to tackle this, please any suggestion.

And l have decided to have an open mind towards my application, it's not a do or die affair because we are not God and we can't read their minds, we can only study them 90%, the remaining 10% is theirs and that 10% is enough to deny u visa,may God increase us in wisdom, knowledge and understanding, Amen.

On Saturday you came up with the debate that applicants that graduated from lesser institutions in Nigeria have lower chances of securing TRV to Canada and today you're here again saying that bank statement with a 3-4M closing balance in a Sponsor's account would fly for study visa and that it is a stipulated requirement by IRCC... Please where in IRCC official website, was this information published?. I want to believe that you must be a comedian, because your comments here are extremely amusing to me.

I still wonder the pleasure you derive from irrelavant arguments/debates that is outside of the discussion this thread was originally created. Meanwhile, I'm delighted to welcome you back here again. You're such a hilarious dude to roll with. We hope to see more of you here.

The money should be in your Sponsor's account statement since he is the bona-fide owner of the funds. Unless in a situation whereby he is a third party Sponsorship and thus wants to show his financial commitment towards sponsoring your education and stay in Canada, then he can transfer both your tuition and living expenses into your account and also provide his bank statement to proof that the funds was originally raised from his account. Again, his bank statement with a closing balance of 6.5M is very low, what about his dependants (wife and kids), his personal welfare and business?. In reality no sponsor will spend more than half of his funds
to sponsor a candidate and have 1.5M left for himself. To me, it doesn't sound convincing. Hence, your sponsor should build his account statement to a reasonable sum before applying for your study visa.

For someone who already has a Masters and wants to go for another masters due to career development, how do you advise the person to package his or her application? Especially after been denied based on purpose of visit and family ties.

Maybe just your personal observation because I know soooo many private school graduates that got and are still getting their study visa approved. It is based on the visa officers perugative

What is wrong with you and all these lesser university talk? This is the reason why there is dichotomy in this country. Where you go to school is absolutely insignificant my dear. You have made your point I suggest you rest your case in other not to aggravate people. This is not the time to unleash unproven theory especially when people are going through emotional pains due to rejection. Be sensitive to their emotions. Please stop ok?
