Ok. bro, I don't understand what you mean by zero prospects since Emzor pharmaceuticals and other big pharmacetuicals companies in Nigeria hire them.. Even clinical biochemists get to work in hospital too...

Please can you tell me what your meant by zero prospects
Please don't be deceived with Emzor and co because those companies don't have a single Biochemist working with them.

You can Google their management online and you will see no single biochemist works their as staff
EducationRe: Guys Between Biochemistry And Industrial Chemistry Which One Is Better by Linzo(m): 1:04pm On Sep 12, 2020
Both courses are waste of time and money in the university, you should forget about that admission and prepare for another admission in a more better course.

Biochemistry is the worst course to study in Nigeria because you will never get a job and industry chemistry is even worsted.

None is good for the money and time

Nigerians are not in the list of Panama E- Visa.
You either apply in Moroccan or south African embassy which they will send your documents to the Panamanian security council for approval.
and you have to visit this embassies in person if your visa is approved for collection.
so its not an easy process as many think.
Thank you so much for the head up, but I still have a question, does it mean the person will travel to one of those countries you mentioned for the Visa application and pickup? Or the person can use the Moroccan or SA embassies in Nigeria for both application and pickup

Okay guys my uncle who owns a travel agency company called me some few days ago and ask me whether I'm willing to travel to Panama on work permit Visa to go work and live in Panama. But I told him to wait let me make my consultations first before given him a feed back this Sunday.

Note: His the one to pay all the bills including the flight ticket and everything. All he wants is my consent and international passport.

My question is this, " Is Panama a good country for hustling as black and English speaker? Please Nigerians in Panama and those that knows about the country should advice me.

I'm a graduate of finance and also a software tester both manual and automation. Can an immigrant with these skill find his feet easily in Panama?
EducationRe: HND Holders Threaten Industrial Action, Lament Discrimination by Linzo(m): 5:36pm On Aug 28, 2020
Please you guys should stop saying that Polytechnic students are better than the University students. I'm a product of both university and Polytechnic. The University I went was fire in terms academic excellent, that almost everyone in my class are good and above average. But in Polytechnic, just a handful of students in my class know what they were doing while others are!!!! Let me reserve my comment

This you did to be accepted in the job society not that it was necessary (as per knowledge wise). Whenever you get to the field, you'll deliver and then it will look like "all thanks to UNN" where as you have that Polytechnic advantage which is what built you. Now tell me, what about the massive rest that didn't have the opportunity you have? This is what I'm saying. University system has lost it.
I get your point though
Bro the truth be told, on the average university students are far better than the Polytechnic students. During my days in the Polytechnic we were about 300 in my class but less than 20 students are good and above average.

Then I moved to UNN we were 115 in my class and out of that number about 108 or more are good and above average.

I'm not saying Polytechnic students are all dull but only few are go to go

I'm begging and calling on the federal government to handle the IPOB agitation with utmost care to avoid another bloody unrest in Nigeria. I'm begging with the name of Almighty God.

If the government allow the killing of IPOB continue unabated it may push them into carrying arm which I think in my opinion will not be too healthy to us as a nation. We're already facing a serious war with boko haram and bandits in the North, so we don't want another uprising.

Mode please help me push this to front page, because we maybe saving us all from another uprising.

Pls this is not time for name calling or ethnic war against each others here. Mature contributions only

Good day everyone!!! I hope we are all good?.
please I will like to know how possible it is for me to do PGD while serving.
I am an HND holder. I am really confused. I would appreciate responses and recommendation of schools as it will also influence the state to be chosen for service.
Please bro/sis I will advise you never to make the mistake of PGD else you will regret ever wasting money and time in a certificate that doesn't add value to Nigeria labour market.

My advice is this, if the purpose for the PGD is to job hunting then I beg you in the name of God quash that plan and go for direct entry. Pay the price and thank me later

If your intention is to travel abroad for master and migration then you can go for PGD and thereafter use it for your masters abroad

Final warning don't go for PGD. Go for direct entry for a Bsc

I think you are also not completely right Mr Linzo, nowadays financial commitment goes beyond ur sponsor writing letter, l will use my application as a case study, l have 2 sponsors, relative and non relative and both had enough money in the account to sponsor 4 people sef, they both wrote declaration of the specific amount to sponsor me with, these sponsors are real not fake yet l was refused based on financial grounds below. I even have a personal savings of 2M,Pension 2.5M.

Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or
program of studies that you intend to pursue.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family
members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself
and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada.

So financial goes beyond wat both of u said, especially if ur sponsor is not u or ur parents l guess, the VOs judge our application based on wat Nigerians are doing there.

Now l am trying to figure out how to tackle this, please any suggestion.

And l have decided to have an open mind towards my application, it's not a do or die affair because we are not God and we can't read their minds, we can only study them 90%, the remaining 10% is theirs and that 10% is enough to deny u visa, may God increase us in wisdom, knowledge and understanding, Amen.
That's the point I'm making, POF is beyond showing millions of naira in the SNigeriare are points which the Visa officers consider in making decision of inadequate or insufficient fund, mostly adequacy of fund. Last year a graduate of UNN in these forum got an approval with just N150k or less SOA..

Another and the main reason for generic points of refusal such as insufficient fund, I'm not satisfy you will leave Canada after study, travel history, home tie etc is as a result of the applicant previous institution which may not be among their list of approved institutions in Nigeria though the Visa officers will not state it direct but rather use one these generic reasons for you to come and reapply and thus get another hammer.

Linzo, what pleasure do you derive from bringing up insubstantial contributions that kept derailing this thread each time you're here? You acted the same way last year in 2018 and here you're this year exhibiting same attitude. With due respect Sir, this is a public forum, and thus no one is in competition with anyone here. So why can't you go straight to the point and give your advice without being offensively defensive with your comments?

On Saturday you came up with the debate that applicants that graduated from lesser institutions in Nigeria have lower chances of securing TRV to Canada and today you're here again saying that bank statement with a 3-4M closing balance in a Sponsor's account would fly for study visa and that it is a stipulated requirement by IRCC... Please where in IRCC official website, was this information published?. I want to believe that you must be a comedian, because your comments here are extremely amusing to me.

I still wonder the pleasure you derive from irrelavant arguments/debates that is outside of the discussion this thread was originally created. Meanwhile, I'm delighted to welcome you back here again. You're such a hilarious dude to roll with. We hope to see more of you here.

It will end in praises
And what pleasure do you derives in dishing out false information applicants, yes IRCC requires an applicant to show a proof of fund up to about certain amount which could be less, equal or above the stated figures. The main concern of the IRCC as mandated to Visa officers is to critically examined the sources of such fund, and of which a sponsor pay stub takes care of that. So in essence, if an applicant sponsor is able to show a proof of fund of about N1.5m with adequate source of income then the applicant is good to go.. It's very wrong to advice against 6.5m POF.

Yes on Saturday I leaked a vital information which we don't let out to the public but you counter it, and I gave you an assignment to refer or quote how many students from top federal universities I listed that got visa rejected. I repeat again the IRCC have the list of universities in Nigeria which they give preference for study permit and if you're not a graduate of these institutions, then it will be very difficult but not impossible to get study permit approval hence the many refusals from Nigeria.

Mr man, I'm not debating with it I'm educating you on what you don't know and I will advice to learn and not forming James bond for me.

Finally, in as much as I appreciate and give you kudos for the guide you've offered in this forum, I will advice you to welcome every information you get from other members especially those contributions that seems to be contradicting your point of view.

JustMellow:
This is not based on fact but on subjective reasoning. I totally disagree.

Y'all should ignore.
Why should it be ignored? When you refuses to address the real issue in the quest to positioning yourself as authority that you're not. Some of you trying to claim an authority here don't even have accurate knowledge of how the Canadian immigration system works, but rather result on conjecture, the best advice you gave is to tell applicant that without having thousands of millions of Naira in the sponsor account their application will not scale through. You will have to show landed property, this or that bla bla.

Let me ask you, how many of your generic advice here have yielded positive results?. You people will want to paint the whole process look as if only the highly rich and the rich can access Canada. Let me sink this into you, the Canadian authority does not care how rich you're or how you submitted all the assets worth millions from Nigeria, whereas all they check and care for is your intention and they got to know all that from documents submitted and information provided.

So the earlier you learn from other persons who may probably have the information you are not privilege to then the better you will guide people accordingly. Someone must not only move to Canada through study route as they are other surer routes to migrate to Canada as @dare111 pointed out yesterday's.

Frankrobbn1:
The money should be in your Sponsor's account statement since he is the bona-fide owner of the funds. Unless in a situation whereby he is a third party Sponsorship and thus wants to show his financial commitment towards sponsoring your education and stay in Canada, then he can transfer both your tuition and living expenses into your account and also provide his bank statement to proof that the funds was originally raised from his account. Again, his bank statement with a closing balance of 6.5M is very low, what about his dependants (wife and kids), his personal welfare and business?. In reality no sponsor will spend more than half of his funds
to sponsor a candidate and have 1.5M left for himself.
To me, it doesn't sound convincing. Hence, your sponsor should build his account statement to a reasonable sum before applying for your study visa.

It will end in praises.
You get it wrong Mr man, 6.5m is not too low from a third party and even a forth and fifth party, the authority ask for about 3-4m is a sponsor account irrespective of who ever the person his, whether a relation or not. There is nothing like financial commitment of any sort that exist anywhere but its just a Nigeria newly founded term that was born out of desperation to pinch into the VO psycho to consider their application in the form of financial commitment which as never worked

What an applicant needs is a plain statement of Account from a sponsor and let us stop this financial commitment jargon that have made us look desperate in the eyes of the Westerns. You don't need any form of commitment either as school fee or whatever you name it, unless it is categorically stated as in the case of some institutions requesting for some tokens as initial deposit or acceptance of offer before an admission letter is send to you.

For someone who already has a Masters and wants to go for another masters due to career development, how do you advise the person to package his or her application? Especially after been denied based on purpose of visit and family ties.
In such case the person need a very simple and light weighed application, what do I mean?
You don't need a complex application because trying to convince the VO with all form of over exaggerated documents may raise eyebrows
A simple application, one page LOE stating your previous rejection and reason for career development, simple SOA with few cash that make you look real and
not tens of millions that will make you not real and above your present status, and few other documents relating to your career development

Yes they do very wella!!! What I said is that the rejection hammer is very much on them and very less on those schools I mentioned earlier. I brought this to the public so people can package their application well and not just sampling millions worth of SOA

What is wrong with you and all these lesser university talk? This is the reason why there is dichotomy in this country. Where you go to school is absolutely insignificant my dear. You have made your point I suggest you rest your case in other not to aggravate people. This is not the time to unleash unproven theory especially when people are going through emotional pains due to rejection. Be sensitive to their emotions. Please stop ok?
Let's be kind to one another.
Nothing is wrong with me, though you may call it unproven theory but be well assured that I'm not trying to be insensitive to peoples emotions OK, the reason behind my post is to make people be aware of it so that they will not keep doing same thing and expect different result. If anyone is in this category let the person put forward a very constructive application and not just supplying the VO with millions of naira SOA and assets. Because most times these millions doesn't count

This your theory and school of thought doesn't hold water because some of us didn't school in Nigeria but still got rejection.
Yes I know !!! But when a Nigerian studied abroad in university which is ranked below most top Nigerian universities in webometric, then you will expect Canadian authority to grant you study permit because you studied offshore? No it doesn't work that way.

Do you think these people don't know our study system here? They monitor the trend in every country of their interest. They know everything about our universities and how most private universities are run in Nigeria and their unmerited first classes and 2:1. How people send their children to these private schools to obtain high grade so they can use it to travel, they know all these. That is why you will see an applicant with sponsor SOA of about 60m + landed assets got rejected
