mrphysics: Well, I think the general tip for anyone going to France is to learn how to speak French. You will also learn how to leave in a country that is not yours, so you have to respect their rules, take some stuff/sh.it from some people because obviously it's not your country.
But to be most specific, and depending on your course of study, learn how to work with Linux Operating System and get a basic knowledge of any programming language.
When you get to France, try to observe how the French answer exam questions. Their grading system is over 20, and you need to be very careful with this. Because even if you get 10,11/20, they will tell you that you did very well but this is your GP going down, but to them it's a good grade self. Lol. Thanks for the reply… I’ve seen so many cheap schools but they all start in September/ October of which it’s already late for me to apply… pls it you can recommend schools that you know have February intake… Course of study: biological science related Thanks in advance |

mrphysics: The response to your question have been answered above in details (I guess).
To give a high level response: Yes to both of them.
Most public schools in France are tuition free. However, my school is a public school but classified as an Elite schools called Grande Ecole. The French has some public schools with free tuition fee and then some Elite Schools with tuition fee. For my school, it's 22k euros for masters. 12k euros/year.
I am under scholarship and also got a scholarship in the school as one of the best M.Sc applicants. I think they pick one from every department and give 6k euros scholarship that comes as a tuition waiver. I got that and it only goes to my sponsors. Wish there's a way I can get that money. My guys dey wait for me for Ogbete main market. I no fit disappoint them.
My point is, make a good choice depending on your program sponsorship. *If you are self sponsored, know where to go. *
Warm regards Pls I’m planning on self sponsoring myself to study in France and I’m looking at early next year… pls can u help me with cheap schools/ cheap deposit for February intake in France… thanks |

Tennyson18: Yeah I wanted to apply to this school too. But since it's a private school and not in a big city I had to go deep in research, based on YouTube videos and advise from this thread. I found a public school that offers about same tuition slightly above though. & In a better city, if interested let's tag along. Which school arr you going for? Wanna tag along |

Canterbury: Hi guys, concerning my enquires about a school with cheap tuition, I found this school WSB Academy, https://wsb.edu.pl/. It looks really cool and they have open application now for February intake.
But my concern now is that the gurus in this thread advised to stick to big cities, secondly the school is a private school so I don't know about their rankings, how many africans in the school (as I haven't seen anyone talk about the school here) Going to apply to this school? |

manneger2: go to first bank, access bank or any other bank that issue secured credit card, mind u not prepaid card, is totally different from credit card, secured credit card is using ur available balance as collateral to get a credit card, banks issue such card, just go to thier head office in a state or better go to Lagos or Abuja, and explain to them what and why you need it, I have not gotten my own because am not in Nigeria and am not applying this year again but a friend has gotten his at access bank. All the best. Pls which access bank in Lagos is conversant with this credit card certificate? |
