Depression is real, I think I can say a bit about it because I've been there. Mine resulted from fear and suddenly suicidal thoughts came running in. I never wanted to believe God and everything around made me to be questioning His existence but once the thought comes, I say No. News all around was just death, death and all I could imagine was dying for 8 months but I never left God. The more the negative thoughts, the more I speak out positively in response, even if I'm on a bus and the thoughts flashed, I don't hesitate to shout back the Word of God at it. To some point I would just be crying helplessly, no one understood me. Sometimes when I wake up everyday I'll just not be interested in the day, sleep became an escape but I held on to God deeply. I have no money to sick clinical help but I kept on reporting back God's Word to Him and He helped me. Now I'm fine to the glory of God.

I would suggest the following to you
1. Hold on to God deeply, don't give up on God
2. It could be chemical imbalance in your brain seek clinical help.
3. Stop worrying about things, just be positive even when everything seems negative.
4. Avoid staying alone.
5. Leave anything that might make it linger, stay far away from bad energy on every sides. If your relationship wants to make you think or your partner doesn't understand, pause the relationship. Just make sure you are surrounded by positivity.
6. Hold on tightly to God

I pray that God that healed me will perfect that which concerns you as He said in His Word in Jesus name.

No one is a saint is the common language, but I tell you no matter how much you've dwelled in immorality, u can still find your way back. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free and you shall be free indeed. You have known the truth set yourself free by God's grace.

You are contemplating between satisfying a woman and God?
Whatsoever it is that you call it, I want to let you know that regardless of whether she likes it or not do away with SIN. It's not easy but try and let righteousness prevail.
