How many people can afford this and are willing to spend that much.

They simply cannot afford land in the SE.

Yes true, a plot of land in SE goes for the price range you mentioned.

But take this: a non-igbo person offered to buy the former Mr Biggs building along Chime Avenue in Enugu for 14million but he was refused. It was later sold to a Igbo person for 12.7 million.

Who can actually afford it more?

Non of those of non-igbo were returned. Rather it was reallocated to others despite the owners being willing to pay allover again.

Non-indigenes doesn't have nor possessed land in those places and many more still date.#fact

Same in Nike, Abakpa, Idaw River Layout etc.

All the plots allocated to non-Igbo in the Old Eastern region in places like Independent Layout, Trans Ekulu etc were revoked. The question is why?

Also there are instances where those concerns were willing to pay extra but they are rejected. The plots will eventually go to indigene who pay fat less for it.

And also no approval for such land sales to non-Igbo where there are even sellers.

Mind you, I have been opportune to have accessed to records. A kind of unwritten rules is being followed.
