Yes I'm taking access bank plc to Court.
I have contacted my lawyer and we have ready to take them to court. But I still need some opinion from nairaland.

Yesterday at about 2pm Nigeria time I got a call from access bank. The person asked if I am soso person I said yes.
He told me he was calling from access bank Headquarter .He told me he needed some information from me. I told him speak on.

This guy got all information about me .Meanwhile I have savings account and current account with access bank.
He told me that he know how much I have in the both accounts .

Again he said the reason why he was calling is Because my account was under attacked by fraudulent. And he need my ATM number and password so he can protect the account.

I asked him if he truly working for access bank he said yes so why you don't have access to the account since you claimed you want to help me protect the account? You don't need my ATM Number or pin to do that .So get the fvk from my phone.

My question is this. Why access bank was so careless to protect the data of their customers. And my research make me understand that this people that doing this shit are bank workers.
