Good day Nairalanders, those familiar with Instagram and Facebook Ads should know that they introduced a new medium of payment for ads for Nigerians in which you do not have to link your ATM card to Instagram

So recently I've been using this medium PayU that was provided by Instagram to fund my ads and I've not had an issue since two months of trying such feature.

But something very depressing happened to me yesterday, I was debited twice in a row yesterday from PayU. And they've put my account in Debit they removed the sum of ₦80000 from my account without any trace and I'm left with ₦-60,000 in my account

Normally, they shouldn't be able to remove any amount from my bank account through my card without requesting for an OTP.

I've tried reaching PayU and Instagram but can't get a response. I've gone to my bank yesterday to complain on the issue on how someone can remove such amount without me giving permission or using the OTP.

Please is there any way I could resolve this issue. Please I'm open to receive any suggestions
