JOB FUNCTION

OBJECTIVE
To manage all administrative and technical documents of company to a much higher degree of reliability, for security, version, availability with a controlled reliable audit trail

KEY TASK
• Setting up a document control unit
• Generation of document control numbering system
• Registering of internal and external documents
• Maintain document control registers / documents for incoming and outgoing project documents
• Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings are kept and updated continuously
• Maintain stick flies in an orderly manner
• Production of status reports for weekly / monthly meetings

• Maintain documents for transmittal process for project documents
• Expedite and maintain acknowledgements to transmittals

• Manage the electronic and hard copy filing of project related to technical documentation

Document control consists of managing all commercial and technical documents for the company. Ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed is also an essential part of the job function.

Nature of the Job:

You will manage all administrative and technical documents of the company. Control documents which are used inside the company as well as operations area outside the company. Require a good command of IT skills to manage all documents in series. Also, you will control all bill payable and receivable, ledgers, drawings etc.
You will collect data and work with other departments of the company to create technical manuals, flow charts and project plans. In addition, you are required to take administrative responsibilities, such as, photocopying, scanning, faxing, as well as courier parcels and take notations or assist in preparing presentations.

Abilities
