izzou: Diesel was 1350/1400 before Dangote started.
Today, it is 1150/1200
So how come Dangote reduced it without no subsidy? The crude Dangote got? How much was it sold to him at? It could be other things. But I know some form of subsidy also took place. Unless we want to suggest Dangote in his benevolent nature is selling it cheaper than he needs to be just to reduce any to no profit |

PDPGuy: David Hundeyin doesn’t hold back 😂
“First of all, my criticism of Dangote Refinery has always been about the timing of its delivery and the politics that made them "commission" it in May 2023, nearly 2 years before it was due to be fully operational. That was, and remains an entirely valid criticism.
Every other criticism I offered revolved around concerns of monopoly business practises and potentially turning Nigeria's energy market into a monopoly - which is also a very valid concern. Ideally, one entity should not control the energy market for 200 million people.
However where the choice presented is between a potential domestic energy monopoly and the imposition of eternal energy poverty and import dependence by foreign actors, which side do you think I'm going to pick? You think I'm going to campaign for the continued poverty of my continent for the benefit of some rich white guy, simply because I don't like Dangote?
Furthermore, you think as an educated person, I would EVER want a $20bn project - the largest single investment ever made in West Africa - to fail? What do some of you think this is? Manchester United vs Manchester City?
How did some of you even grow up and survive into adulthood without the ability to separate issues, assign priority and think in a straight line? More importantly, are you planning to breed?🤔 I hope not. We don't need more idiots on this continent. Lord knows we have too many already.“

larride: Nobody is following you to drag Dangote.
Oasis was praising Dangote and Buhari then for the commissioning of the refinery and how it will reduce the price of fuel, diesel and the likes in the Nigeria market. Na you use your own hand to bring David post here about how the refinery is a scam and wont work bla bla bla.
The same you is now shining teeth that David who once called the refinery a scam rejected money to write something negative about the refinery. As if calling the refinery a scam is a compliment.
Instead of you to just ignore and waka pass jeje, you cant because your head is buried deep in David ass, you still try to double down by claiming a refinery that's already producing product to the market is not working.
You are a grown man ffs, act like one and take your head out of David ass. Better learn

Again, use your God given brain, it's not for decoration. Stop outsourcing your thinking faculties to your fellow human. Nor be PMS them dey refer to this man? The same David said he declined a gig to write a negative article about the same Dangote refinery he called a "scam" nd yet you a grown adult is still cheering on.
Please pray tell, at what point do you actually sit and use your own head to do the thinking and not outsource it to David Hundeyin? My brother you have an issue with looking at things from multiple angles. If it is a medical problem, I pray for you because you are stuck in Nigeria and I don't see you having any access to help. Till today the refinery hasn't worked and as such David is still correct. How does that stop David from saying an international organisation contacted him to write a hit piece on Dangote refinery and he is refusing to. Na human brain you get.. Use am boss |

Ibime: The refinery is not ready. Like we said, he is rushing it online early in order to show some cash flows and refinance. I believe it was Gloriousgbola that showed his sulphur content he claimed is a major lamba. What he is producing is of kpofire grade, and is not able to distill further to PMS, only diesel. Can you show me the GloriousGbola post about the sulphur LAMBA? Yes I agree the refinery isn't ready. Dangote says we should wait till this week (again another wait) for PMS. I dey look am. What do you have to say about the other post concerning the supply of Crude from IOC |

BlueRayDick: I’m not in the mood for lengthy back and forth this afternoon. I will only answer once with an example of the presidential election result in Lagos.
Obi won in Lagos with Atiku on the ballot box . APC has always won Lagos and the bulk of their votes usually come from their political base chief of which is Alimosho.
Guess what ? Obi did not only win in Lagos, but won in the heart of political power in Lagos; Alimosho LGA .
There’s no way u will tell me Atiku would’ve gotten those Obi votes either in Lagos in General or alimosho .There’s no historical data that suggests Atiku or PDP can win in both aforementioned constituencies . I know this because I’ve once lived in Alimosho and I know the political terrain quite well. Nor forget to respond to this |

LordAdam16: At least 3m.
States like Delta, Nasarawa, Cross River, Abia, Akwa Ibom, FCT, Anambra, Taraba, Enugu are all states Atiku would have won handily with wide margins. In states like Benue, Kaduna, Plateau; Atiku would have won outright or be close.
Besides Lagos, how many more states would Tinubu have won if Obi was not on the ticket?

LordAdam16: The number of people who vote for Tinubu because of his region of origin will dwarf the number of people who will not for APC after its disastrous 8 years and the number of people who will not for a Muslim-Muslim ticket over a Muslim-Christian ticket.
And it would have been better that you guys voted Tinubu because even if Atiku had lost, it'll make the 2027 rematch way easier. Because as of today, Obi is still a thorn.

Maybe they think if it was Atiku DonJ was selling any of us would've even left our house that day These guys don't think people would have rather voted tinubu also just to ensure a northerner doesn't win after a northerner just finished ruling. When you tell them, they think the dislike for tinubu is stronger than the dislike of feeling cheated by a region |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by liveLongNprospa(m): 4:36pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
But the same North that is responsible for Tinubu winning is rioting and protesting against the same tinubu.
If the people responsible for your victory are showing you the middle finger, what is the next possible solution?
You look towards the middle-belt and the south (SW, SS and SE). 2 out of those regions hate you. The NC feels betrayed because tinubu has overlooked them in appointments. If Seyi Makinde does pursue this rumoured presidential ambition, that means even your SW is in jeopardy.
So what is the plan? INEC and violence?
Maybe that will work against an Obi who would rather follow the law than wipe up violence.
Will that work against a northerner? Especially with the South not supporting you? 😁
2027 is far but it's close for some. |

Atiku got 11 million votes in 2019. But "a lot of people that voted Obi" will not vote Atiku.
-Lord Why do you assume that the voter apathy that affected the apc didn't also affect the pdp. Why do you assume that Obi was not responsible for people to actually come out to vote for him because people were tired? Why do you assume that a northerner will get more votes than a southerner after a northerner just finished 8yrs? Please think |
