huptin:It is a good thing to analyze, but to assume is the demystification of a good analysis. Putin made a mistake engaging Ukraine, but to say the west will give weapons to Russians in order to destroy Putin is a far cry. They would have done this long ago if they could. Do you think Russia is an easy place for the West to dump weapons to civilians like it happened in Libya? Don't you know that any weapon given to civilians in Russia will eventually get to terrorists who will in turn use them against the West? I believe Libya has been a case study in Africa. Putin may have miscalculated, but saying he exposed his flanks may be accepted in the first month, not now. The west is also overstretched with their weapons too, I believe you should know that by now. Do you know how many European countries are have depleted weapons because they have given a lot to Ukraine? Do you know that as the war is being prolonged, it started helping Russia to cause economic damages to the European nations? As it is right now, Putin prefers a continued war because it will affect every economy instead of ending it and suffering alone. Note: The longer the war, the more exposed the Western leaders will become that the overthrow being touted might happen in their countries faster than Russia. As it is right now, many countries are riled up because they have seen the hypocrisy in the west that they are calling their bluff. This alone should tell you that the world will never be the same again. Finally, don't assume Russia is militarily exposed. They have weapons that they haven't used, I mean new ones. America had a chance to use their old weapons in Afghanistan and Iraq, etc, this may be Putin's opportunity to access his old stockpile and use them off. There are things in this war that nobody knows. |

Politics / Re: PDP Will Outshine LP, APGA In South-east — Okowa by Livelystone01: 10:05pm On Aug 07, 2022 |
Totilopussylick:Okowa will be shocked in 2023. PDP may lose Delta with a clear margin to Peter Obi or the votes may be 50% Obi minimum. He doesn't know that he's hated in the state, especially from my zone. That aside, Okowa is bad market to any candidate. Deltans have changed his name to governor "loanster" Okowa due to excessive borrowing. PO all the way. |
Politics / Re: Atiku Appoints Dino Melaye, Daniel Bwala As Campaign Spokespersons by Livelystone01: 5:40pm On Aug 04, 2022 |
donaldking100:I am not afraid of LP crushing the south south. Obi has a lot of supporters who are ready to risk their lives here by voting and defending their votes, but I'm not sure of the south east, they may vote Atiku and the PDP. I had this discussion with an experienced older man (Bayelsa indigene) in PH yesterday and he said the same thing. Over here in PH and when I traveled to my state, Delta, two weeks ago, I saw that the south has more desire to see Obi win than other zones (including the south east) in this country. I thought I believed Obi, but I saw people in my state who believed Obi more than Okowa who is the VP candidate of the PDP. I just pray the south east doesn't follow the normal party thing as in the past. 1 Like |

My wedding will have no reception too. I'll rather keep the money so she can give birth abroad than to waste it on people who will not care about the existence of the marriage after that week. My vote is for Obi but he needs to understand that he is fighting to be the president of Nigeria not just a religious group. It is within his right to visit anywhere but he should understand that his followership is a Nigerian one, not to a sectional or to a particular religion. He should balance his consultations by visiting northern emirs and leaders to express inclusiveness. Supporters, I urge you all to understand that politics is a game of numbers, we need the northerners and Muslims to understand that PO is for all. You guys should desist from tribal and religious banters, they are counterproductive. Finally, every youth with wisdom should understand that Peter Obi may not be able to create an immediate turn of fortunes, but it will produce the awareness that him (PO) winning will signal one thing; "VICTORY FOR THE YOUTHS AND POWER TO THE ELECTORATES" 1 Like |

Sadiqali24:Emotions are temporary, they are the state of the mind per time. This is why people who operate by emotions fall into issues more times than they can count. Logic on the other hand is better, it takes everything into consideration and operates on the best angle possible. My desire to vote PO is based on the fact that I am tired of the system, we need a new man that can change the outlook of things in a new way. I don't care about the religious outlook of the present political space, it is really becoming stupid for my liking. |
Politics / Re: Who Do You Think Will Be The Next President? by Livelystone01: 12:03pm On Jul 16, 2022 |
Heffalump:Listen bro! I will vote for PO, but the guy has a reasonable analysis. Tinubu is not relying on the Muslims alone, he is counting on winning his zone, the SW and to carry the Northern areas through religion. The North Central you are calling favours Tinubu more than other candidates and that's where my fear is. Niger, Kwara, Nassarawa and Kogi will go with him and this is a fact unless we keep sensitizing the youths more. He has an equal hand in the North east where Atiku is from through Yobe, Gombe and Borno. I'm not talking about the Northwest were the deep states like Jigawa, Kebbi and Zamfara will vote where they are pushed by their leaders and the leaders are mostly APC for now. Kano, Katsina and Kaduna may favour him more. Now my analysis is this. What we need are people in those zones that can penetrate the youths so they can be logical and vote reality instead of voting by emotions. I have a support group in Rivers state where my polling unit is. The arrangement is to follow up unregistered people to register while others who have registered are being encouraged to collect their PVCs and we are also planning to engage them on the need to vote during the election. No more talks, it is time to act. This is how we can win the system. As for the Muslim-Muslim ticket, I haven't said anything because it is none of my business. My business is to mobilize and vote. I don't need to complain if I never wanted to vote him before. |

viyon02:Trying to understand topics before commenting helps. I like you to know that the next phase of population control and global dominance is tied to the availability and abundance of food you can produce. Conventional wars are ending, modern and future wars are/will economic, your ability to have enough food supply for your citizens and others will determine how much value you will be accorded and how much control you will have. The nitrogen emission brouhaha is just the face of it, global control is the goal and the key is to amass enough farmlands in order to decide who gets what and when. Note: Bill Gates is buying lands like crazy. 1 Like |

Timiofak:It may not even be 2024, this midterm is a litmus test for the Democratic party. I don't think the party has done enough to sweep the election and become the majority party in congress. In my opinion, this J6 committee and hearing may not do more good in the long term because if one lie is detected, it will crumble everything. I think the committee should end the process right now and the Dems should focus on local issues that can sway voters. 1 Like 1 Share |

madrid5:You don't answer questions, why? Did the judgment stop anyone from being pregnant or did it ban abortion? It only stated the fact in the Roe v Wade debacle. I am not talking about control here, I am talking about the judgment which is right. I don't understand the complains against the SC when it is a simple issue to understand. People can move to states which approve abortion to carry it out, even some companies said they'd sponsor their employees to do it, what is the fuss? Other states should be able to rise up during election to vote in people who can help them enact or amend an existing antibiotics abortion law. 2 Likes |
