Take another look at that video critically and you will see that Kaka clearly saw Keita approaching and braced himself for the impact.

All hope is not lost. Ivory Coast could beat North Korea 10-0 and Portgual could lose to Brazil 3-0.

I think all the evils in that match cancelled each other out. The guy who fouled Elano should have been given red but he got away with it. Fabiano got away with two handballs. Kaka got red card when he shouldn't have had it. Keita got away with playacting.
In short, both sides cheated and got cheated on. The referee should be banned.

I've watched it again and I think it's normal reflex to use your hand/shoulder to protect yourself if someone is running into you. Keita holding his face after that, that deserves an Oscar.
