How do I even get to console myself with what I happened in d case study and erase d tots of dissappointment. The stark reality is dat unless a miracle happens ICAN to chop my moni again for me to write Case Study in November. So painful. I pray I just pass cos it has been a long joni btw me and ICAN and I intend To end it in 2015.

. I ll advice u to find something else to focus on to help u get ur mind off the exam...remember with ICAN u can never be too certain..best of luck tho

For me oluwa is involved I have Case Study tomoro and am praying for my Case to be Studied and handled by God.

@ saintjoel I have read all that transpired btw u and SensualMan as posted here and want to advise that:
1. U shud make it a point of duty to try and make ur clients feel satisfied by doing ur best and being honest
2. Even if u come across special customers like SensualMan, do ur best and leave d rest for God
3. Try and limit any dispute to personal private communication btw u and any customer, extending it to nairaland will only make people have reservations about u.

Yes I can, the problem is that people buy land from wrong person and sometimes local council contribute to this because they work hand in hand.
Don't get me wrong their are many bwari local council land which are very good and authentic but Fcda allocation is always the most reliable although sometimes more expensive.
When you are ready please let me know but if you want to buy it from someone else, please insist on Fseries(FCDA) that is FO1, F14 and F12 they may be expensive than there counterpart by 500 k to 1m but don't mind the difference it will give you peace.
If you must buy bwuari area council land make sure you are buying from a reliable person and insist on paying half of the money until your search report is out which I doubt the seller will agree to.
