Amen o. May the draws resume. They don’t necessarily want more educated & younger people. They want people in certain occupations. Make dem sha do FSW draw. *phew Profgordons: I believe draws will resume again but then the scores will be high. Also Canada stands to achieve a few things from high scores, more educated, younger and French speakers. |

I’m not sure this is it, because I can’t see how keeping the scores high serves them. I think they’re starting to lean towards occupations in demand draws through the PNP since most PNP holders are in occupations that are in demand by their provinces . I just wish they would inform us before changing things randomly. I understand it’s their country and they can choose whatever system they like, but it does seem “improper” (read: unfair) to change systems suddenly while keeping applicants in the dark. Especially when you say you are trying to attract people. But they can get away with doing things this way, so I guess we have to accept it. 😥 Me and my 502 score have been sitting in the pool for about four weeks now, yet no ITA. Who would have thought that could happen? Timmypaul: With the look of things it may seem as though ircc don’t wanna go below 490, they keep waiting for high scores on the pool before they conduct draw. |

Thank you. I think IDP only allows for TRF pickup from their office. Yes I wrote TCF. Prettiepearlz: Congratulations to you! Don’t they have an online portal like BC where you can get your TRF? 502 is a beautiful score, did you write TEF/TCF? |

Hello everyone,
I need help please. Finally wrote IELTS (27/01, CBT) and maxed it so my score is now 502. The problem is I don’t have my TRF from IDP yet so I don’t know what to fill in for “Date of Test Results” in my profile in the pool. I don’t want to miss out on ITA while waiting for the TRF. Is there something I can do?
Note: I don’t know what date the results were released as I didn’t get an email from IDP notifying me of the results. I checked the result portal on the 7th day and the results were there. |
