First off, you have to update the DNS on Dan on your domain account where you bought it from and make sure the DNS is pointing to the hosting provider DNS for your hosting package. Propagation might take a while but that should fix it. |

The key is to be different, not the same. And you can achieve that by creating an MVP. What is an MVP? An MVP is short for a minimum viable product, the first version of an app with just enough features to test your hypotheses. An MVP cannot boast a unique sophisticated design, but it does boast a killer feature that solves the real-life problems of your target audience. How to go about creating an MVP? An MVP usually has several development stages. They include the market research stage, development, testing, refining an idea. Since each stage is essential, let’s take a close look at them further on. Stage 1: Research People don’t need an app that is similar to what they already use. People need an app that would solve their challenges and makes their life better. Thus, to find out what challenges your target users go through, you need research. A research should tell who your target audience really is, what they like and what they don’t, what they do in their free time, touch upon their demographics and background, and pinpoint their pain points. Another part of a research must cover your competitors, their positioning, features they provide, and feedback users leave about their apps. Stage 2: Development This is when you form hypothesis, based on the info received from the research stage, and start turning those ideas into reality. That is one of the most fundamental steps, because thanks to the feedback you can understand whether you target the right people, whether your app really solves your target audience’s pain, what features work best and what features don’t convert, and what direction you should take to get your MVP to the next level. Stage 4: Refining If during the previous stage you just collect user feedback, this is the perfect time to put them to use. Enhance the features that your users love and get rid of those that are not necessary, add cool designs, and create new assumptions that you can text in the next iterations. It’s no use copycatting worldwide famous platforms. Come up with an idea to create your unique app that can overrun many competitors, including Facebook. So how much is needed? This depends on so many factors but a rough estimate of about N5M should cater to the initial basics such as bandwidth and development cost. Scaling will most likely happen between 3-6 months for sure. |
