Revenue sources will be left out as it might give an insight to the nature of the business.

There is a trick to getting AdSense approved for non content blogs/websites. However, it is best this remains unknown in order not to implicate the brand you mentioned.

No. AdSense is a content-based ad network. If you do not have the right contents, it is impossible to get AdSense approval.
