"Is you that like break up pass" He slept with your best friend and you wanna break up. She is not understanding and you want to break up. Oh no.... She's not your type but you asked her out in the first place. He's not a money making machine. You feel he doesn't love you. You know she's a flirt. She's not respectful. He doesn't go on shopping with you. She doesn't want sex. And so on and so off The first thing that jumps into your mind is to break up right? Well I think that's wrong, that will make you old in your parents house till you understand that everyone is not perfect including yourself. A friend would always tell me "Break up is not the solution to everything" I actually didnt understand that. I thought if he cheated on me or treated me wrongly, i should scream its over till my throat falls off. But then I realized that, if A cheats on you and you jump to B, B might cheat on you and you'll jump to C and eventually you'll get to Z (and Gbam....no next letter to run to) Or better still, what if you were married and your husband/wife cheated on you or behaved badly...Will the first option be divorce?? (I don't think so) So, the first step is not breakup. Break up is meant to be the last option except you really didn't have a reason to date in the first place. In case you actually don't have a reason for dating, please see here for seven questions to ask yourself before jumping into You should scout for what you really need in spouse before you dive into a relationship, a relationship is not a swimming pool where you dive in and out. It's a place to grow and understand yourselves. Set a standard for yourself before dating.(This is the most important) Know the kind of person you can roll with and the quality he/she should possess....Don't just date any random person. Put yourself in your spouse's shoe and see things the way he/she sees it. Understand the reason for such attitude. Talk about it. Talk about how to change such attitude, what to do, and how to come to a compromise. I've seen such cases over time and it worked out 60% of the time, try to be among the 60% that didn't run to call it quit and be on the safest road to enjoying a long and lasting relationship. If not.....You will old sha Read more realistic articles http://www.ericadianas.com/2016/10/breakup-is-not-solution-to-everything.html?m=1

They say if a friend wants to kill you, he does it faster than an enemy. Well, that's an undiluted truth. I learnt that lesson the hard way and I would want you to also learn from my experience. I was in school that evening when this 41 years old family member of mine called me up. He was running a master's degree in my school and wanted to catch up with his "smallie". I was really bored in my hostel and was so happy to go out and see this uncle. He came to pick me from my hostel and we exchanged pleasantries. He asked if I was hungry and I embraced the invitation (noticed over time that my stomach is always putting me in trouble). We went to the school's canteen but there was really no good food so he suggested we go out of school. I actually wouldn't go out of school by 7:30pm with just any body but because he was an elderly family friend, I sailed along in his Toyota Corolla. We got to a nearby restaurant and he said he didn't like their food, that the last time he went there the food was stale. He also suggested we move further from school and head close to his house that they sell good food in his area.....KEEP READING BELOW http://www.ericadianas.com/2016/10/how-he-almost-raped-me.html?m=1

On valentine's day, my school is always turned into a bloody colour by 'lovers'. If you don't have any touch of red, you are either too young to grasp love or too old to still feel it. If you don't have a lover, you didn't exist that day. Uncle Matthew said about love, "It is the kind of feeling you feel when you feel the kind of feeling you've never felt before". It begs the questions, Is love like that reliable rising sun that never fails to come every morning or like that denting black spot on your knee that stays after a fall? Maybe my school was correct, love have some colour to it. Maybe uncle Matthew was right, love is indeed a feeling. Maybe love is really meant for lovers. But is that all love is about? "The day will come when, after harnessing space , the winds , the tides, gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of love. And, on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire" -Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. Some say love dampens the senses and so, should never come. Others suggest that if it did come, it should never stay for It comes with too much bother. Society (you and I) have tenaciously misconstrued the science of love. We've managed to tweak it to suit our various skewed definitions.... keep reading http://www.ericadianas.com/2016/09/love-is-not-red.html?m=1 |
