I finally found my niche, I can relate with what everyone here has said.

I don't knw ow the timidity started but I knew I use to be a very playful and outgoing child but somewhere btw prepuberty and adulthood the shyness started, it got worse at some point but I think have been able to overcome some of it.

I have no qualms facing a crowd, answering questions in public (thanks to fellowship and medical sch. Training)
I have no prob. Meeting new people and striking conversatn With them it is the follow-up that's somewhat diff. And keeping in touch with old friends

you really captured the feeling of going thru med. school it wasnt easy
for some people it was even worse than this yet the struggle just begins after med. school and u being to realise life was easy then compared to after med. sch.

olodo what has Yoruba or the tribe this people come from has to do with it, most of this people are not even Nigerians even though they bear Nigerian name but they don't live here.
why don't you rather develop urself and allow people to celebrate u not ur tribe

@op I think you should look @it from this angle, life happens to all, some more than others.
the God that created us, created each of us differently and he know what each of us can/ cannot handle, but I think what you should do is, go back God he's the one who made you and ask him to take away all the 'buts' in ur life u'll be surprised on how things will turn around for u.

am sure this is not the whole of the story there is more to meet the eyes
1. it could be the husband is impotent and all the pregnancies are from other men she's been sleeping with.
2. it could be she has a medical condition that causes recurrent 1st trimester miscarriage.
3. it could be the husband has offended her one way or another and decide to punish him thru this means.
4. it could be she's truly an ogbanje who will die during children birth hence the reason she still has more to do bf she dies.

your problem may be psychological has someone earlier said or it could be medical, diseases like diabetes, brain tumors that inhibit satiety center in the brain could be the cause so u really need to see a medical professional to knw what's causing you to overeat.

also, a dietician maybe useful to help calculate amount of calories you need daily and the type of food u can eat and what to avoid.
but meanwhile, you should try and stay off refined sugar like minerals and beverages, processed food like meatpie, gala and co., fried food and fatty food esp. red meat.
try and eat at least 3times daily but in small quantity let lunch be ur heaviest meal of the day, avoid skipping meal cos it will cause u to overeat at the next meal.
if you must eat in between meals limit it to fruits or crackers.
drink plenty of water, at least 3L/ day
Exercise; you could start with 30mins of brisk walk every day and increase accordingly.
