everyone seems to be blaming the students. lets observe a practical subject like PHYSICS. Even reading outside that which you were given in class won't help because good standards must be put in place by schools to outstand that of any external examination body. The fact here is that there are many sub standard schools in nigeria who are out there to maximize profit.
