My name is Oki Collins and I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. A friend of mine who lost his phone original charger to electrical surge after months of borrowing charger to charge his device decided to get a new charger for his phone. The question of where to get the best phone charger came begging for answers and many including me advised he gets it from a good retail outlet like slot so as not fall victim of getting a bad charger. However, the unexpected happened today. My friend simply known as George left home for slot retail outlet in ikorodu to get himself a charger. He paid a whooping sum of three thousand naira (#3 000) to get himself a tecno branded charger. He requested for receipt but was told that receipts were not usually issued for accessories. Well, he argued no further and he charged his phone from 3% to 10% before he headed home. On getting home, he tried charging his phone but the charger won't stop blinking. At a point, the phone would charge and the next second it stops and it continues in that order non stop. On realizing this, he headed back for slot ikorodu to lay his complaint but it fell on deaf ears. Although the charger charged the attendant's phone without blinking but didnt charge his. He requested that the charger should be changed but his plea/request fell on deaf ears. My people, 3k is gone. The charger cannot serve it purpose. We have tried contacting the headquarters it is either the line is busy or the phone rings out. I don't know if there is anyone who had a similar issue. How did you go about it. Please, help a fellow Nigerian. Three thousand no be joke ooooooo. 08171910771 Cc: lalasticlala Ambodoflasu

That teacher and that boy who has been crushing on this girl for eternity
|
Ok |
Good one there. I'm just loving this show. Finally, peace is beginning to return to our environment. Keep the flag flying guys till these criminal elements are reduced to nothing |
Lildav:These guys perpetuating these acts of impunity are not fighting a just course like the NDA. This guys are on a normal day vandals and since they ran out of business as a result of the refusal of nnpc to pump fuel through pipelines. These guys took to killing, robbing, raping and kidnapping of unarmed and unsuspecting civilians. Common, residents of these areas have groaned in painsvand some are still counting their losses as well as mourning their dead. These guys have for long overstayed there welcome, they are even visitors here or is arepo, ibafo, ikorodu and igando some villages in the south south. Mind you, before you tag me a Yoruba, I'm not, I'm an indigene of the rich oil producing state, Delta state. |
joey150:No, it never crossed my mind to do that |
idupaul:No, I'm in ikorodu |
Hmmmmm. The fighter jet no be here o, I saw it bombarding some areas, that I have only seen in movies before now EARN:Gbam Lildav:Please keep sentiments aside, these militants have wreaked havoc on the residents of some Ogun state and Lagos state communities. Such that landlords and indigenes were displaced from their home and town respectively. The action of the armed forces is a dream come true. We have for long awaited their intervention. Next time, swerve if you don't know where the shoe itch. |
The vandals have for long overstayed their welcome. Good work there by our forces |
What a relief. |
I want to correct the impression that the miscreants perpetuating this act are not affiliated to the nda talk more of calling them the NDA. the guys behind the unrest in, Isawo, igbolomu, yawah, and environs are vandals who have gone out of business as a result of the actions of the nda which forced nnpc to stop pumping fuel through the pipelines and in a quest to get/make money. They took to robbing, kidnapping and maiming of innocent and unsuspecting civilians. One thing to note is that these guy's cut across various ethnic groups but are dominated by the ijaws. Meanwhile, Im not here to discredit your claim but to clarify some things. I stay in Isawo, in fact my area was attacked last night. |
its a shame how this news of the happenings within ikorodu are underreported. isawo/igbolomu both in ikorodu L.G.A. are under siege and everyone is running away for safety with the security apparatus put in place doing almost nothing. Nairaland, please give us a voice. this news is authentic. help us push this to the front page. cc: lalasticlala, seun, mynd44 et al. |
habtund:Please, don't misquote me. I was referring to the statement by the police as false. The so called militants have been around for years unlike what the police boss said that the militants are from the Niger delta trying to find a safe haven in Ogun state due to the deployment of soldiers to the Niger delta region. where as, the militants have been operating for many years in ikorodu unhindered even with the deployment of soldiers late last year. |
This news is a fabricated lie. The militants have been operating for many years in ikorodu unhindered even with the deployment of soldiers late last year, nothing changed because the soldiers as usual have been bribed by the militants. These guys are on a normal day pipeline vandals around the stretch of ikorodu and arepo. |
I disagree |
kingikey01:Thanks bro! |
kingikey01:Hello! ............ Please, I want you to clarify somethings for me concerning fupre. 1. How many students do they admit per department especially that of chemical Engineering and Petroleum & Gas Engineering. 2. How many ques tions make up the post-utme, the marking guide and the least score to have to stand a chance of making the merit list and by the way, how many list does fupre release? 3. How grounded is the school in terms of teaching, research and practicals. 4. Does fupre use catchment area? ............. I look forward to hearing from you....... cc: charlisco |
All things being equal..............she has her reasons for doing that but try to get her talk so, that you can understand why she is no longer interested and if things still remain unchanged after some time. Let go completely or have you not heard that a broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. |
Adaure4ever:though, there are usually two sides to a story but ur comments are making me sick. Don't u get it, most people are complaining that they were nt given what they deserved despite supplying what they know were the correct answers to their questions and here you are posting trash. Truth is JAMB is incompetent and the conduct of this year examination ought to be probed. |
The issue is that jamb has outlived it usefulness and its time we scrapped it. |
Nigeria, a country where we do not practice what we preach. Change has stung us with its venom. How did we get here? And how long do we remain like this? |
Hi house! I have been a ghost reader for quite a while but I really appreciate what is going on here. Thumbs up to everyone of you. I'm also writing jamb and I'm in dare need of the description to the examination centre in YABATECH. Abeg! Make una help me...... I know one loss. |
Gold is certainly one of the best things that has happened to the Nigeria music industry in recent time.....right from sade to orente and pick up . I really appreciate his style |
The woman who sell apples also sell oranges |

I couldnt help but to laugh out loud |
On point..........number 8 though.......

Even Ikorodu is hot at the moment. I wonder what the police are busy doing when these boys cause mayhem. |
