Orji Uzor Kalu is a member of APC and he's qualified to contest for president. Personally, I welcome his decision to consult widely and explore the possibility of contesting for president in 2023. If he emerges as the candidate of APC, I will fully support him.

In the south west, we welcome as many southerners as possible to declare for the presidency. 2023 belongs to the south and we shall stand solidly by that decision. Yorubas, Igbos, Ijaws, Ikwerre, Ibibio etc should all present candidates to vie for the top job. What we are going to stand against is microzoning.
