I was reading an article online on the struggles of Biafra and I discovered that right from 1999 that MASSOB was formed that there’s a shoot-to-kill order given to security agents to quell any momentum these guys gather.

That order is what security agents keep carrying out till this day.

Just observe that anytime any group is gathering momentum concerning the ills of this country, brute force is used to disperse and most maim them.
