I am too bro, but there is a trick around it.

I usually have boiled eggs on standby, and if i am hungry and crave things that I should take, I eat like three boiled eggs first. Eggs are very high in satiety, and I just loose interest eating my cravings.

So if you cant fast until 3pm, then cheat with boiled eggs anytime you feel hungry. Then from 3pm, eat what you want to eat. But progressively work towards the main goal.

I have been on and off such diets for at least seven years, until it became part of me. It takes time because you are rewiring your system that has been programmed from childhood.

Mehn.... Eggs no come cheap again.

That is my default mode bro.

Except when I am on holidays, I fast every day. I eat my first meal at 3pm mostly, but not earlier than 1pm. My food are mostly 80% meat, while the other 20% carbs are from meat sauce, or honey in tea, or yoghurt.

I do not normally lift weight, but I do push ups, run like 10km, and other body exercises like 4 times weekly. This is how I manage to keep fats off permanently. I am always shredded.

If by fasting, you mean the longer duration of three days and above, then no, it is not advisable. Although I know a guy that fasted for five days and ran a marathon on the 6th. He didnt die, and he was totally fine.

Fasting is healing. You are giving your body the chances to eat out all the impurities in your body. It is the single, natural healing process for the body. Sometimes if I am sick, I fast until like 6pm for three days and I fell better even without drugs.

So yes, try it.

Dieting, weight lifting, and constant sex is the solution.

For dieting, your meal from today henceforth should be mostly meat, aka lion diet. Possibly, do fasting every day until 3pm (better 6pm), then eat your first meal then.

This will help you clean your system from sugar hidden in your bloodstream and fat cells, and loose massive amount of fats in a short period. Sugar related foods must never enter your mouth.

For weightlifting, just do it progressively. Start with what you can lift and make it heavier little by little until you become very strong. Do not complicate it, just do the big four compound exercise (squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press).

For constant sex, you have to make your system so use to it. Your wife MUST be patient with you. Do it often and often, and your system wont be in a urge to gush out semen. Also pull off when you notice the impending rush of ejaculation, then continue when its gone.

Be consistent with the above and you will notice changes. Sex is enjoyed when you have less body fat, less sugar in your system, and when you do it often.
