The interview (according to him) is in 2 stages, wrapped up in just 2 days
Day 1: Panel interview and documentation
Day 2: interview with Group Head, HR and medicals

Yes, he is. His name is Aliyu. He was one of those that got the invitation for panel interview same day he got the success SMS.

When will invitation for interview start rolling in? My friend that did (December) got the invitation for panel interview the same day he got the success SMS. Although he was quick to add that some didn't get theirs the same day with the success SMS.

Who has gotten invitation for panel interview already?

For those of us that has just written Effective Communication test and those writing tomorrow, all the best. If u are yet to write, the scope of questions given above is correct. So u might want to study ahead.

I called one of their hotlines now and the lady told me so far you didn't get a regret text or mail from Workforce after the PBT, it means you were successful and it's now in the hands of their Client (Sterling Bank) to schedule and invite you for the next stage.

I think you should call them too, let's see if they will give the same information, so we can know if and how long to wait.

First got this email

Do not bring any calculator.

Then later got this SMS

You were successful at the online test and you have been invited for a Paper Based Test on 21/11/2015 at 9am Venue: Garban Gora House, Farm Center, Adjacent Assalam International School, Kano State.

Then a lady called me twice to confirmed that I got the changes

Chill bro but don't put your mind too much. I did the personality test on the 17th October if am not making a mistake and I was called today.

I already removed my mind from their call. But I felt personality test shouldn't be subjected to people passing or not. My opinion though
