i see u haven't changed much,

i totally respect ur opinions on d issue, but its the job of the manager to manage players and club, and its the job of fans to hope for the best for the club and give their support to the club.  of course not forgeting the players, but bear in mind dat the fans can always criticize because they have a rite to anyway, because they want d best for the club and they want the committed players for the club and are quick to criticize who dey deem fit to be called "uncommitted".
