Career / Re: My Experience With Going Back To My Former Workplace. by Lordtrillion(m): 7:59pm On Nov 27, 2019

I did my best to make up for my defects. Being a nursery and primary school i noticed they needed help with their artworks and since I am good at drawing, anytime there was no work on my table i did a lot of artwork for events or which the school needed for decor. They appreciated it so much and gave me a lot to do which unbelievably the parents were told their kids did it all.

Sorry about your experience, hopefully you've learned from it.
If you're very good and creative as you've claimed in arts, then I might have a remote job for you. You can contact me on Whatsapp via d contact on my signature.

Business / Re: Paystack Review: Wolves In Sheep Clothing by Lordtrillion(m): 7:14am On Aug 03, 2019
Circuit3:
The title says it all.

I have been using Paystack for a while now and it has never been a good experience but i wonder "is it just me? or is everyone just keeping quiet?".

One wicked issue about this company is their lack of communication! Imagine a company holding your money without communicating with you! This company, would hold/freeze a transaction without any email or phone call notification to the merchant. A customer would make a payment, and these guys would accept the payment, without any complaints to the customer or the merchant, then freeze the money! The merchant would not get settled until the merchant contacts the company. In my opinion, you do not have to contact who is holding your money before you are informed of the status of your money.

This is exactly what happened to our business on paystack. They sent no email whatsoever and instead held unto funds until we contacted them after which they came up with different stories. We were asked to sign an agreement(An agreement that was not given to us at signup), we did! Then we were finally settled. I informed them of their lack of communication and they apologized.

Now, it has happened again! Their transfer feature allows a business send money from its available balance. We topup the balance ourselves with a local payment method and request transfer(in most cases) to our business account. Today, we did same thing but just like a wolf in sheep clothing, this company, said nothing! Not even an email about any hold on our account. We top up the balance and they accepted the payment and credited the balance. Now we requested a withdrawal, we are informed that we cannot initiate a transfer(after accepting the payment). Still no email about whatever is going on.. We log out and log back in after a while, then attempt the transfer again, it says "Transfers have been put on hold. If you have any questions, email XXXXX@xxxxx."

@emboldened, who is supposed to email? They did not send any email about the hold! They never notified us of a hold! Are we the one to chase them for answers? on our money Till now, no email whatsoever. So if we do not login for 1 year, our money will be held for 1 year without an explanation? Is this for real?

You might think this as nothing, but imagine this scenario, your business runs automated transactions via the API and you rarely login to the dashboard. A transfer is to be processed or payment is received and then, as a result of no communication, your money is held and not settled and you have no idea about that. You may have no idea for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years if you do not login to the dashboard! Do you now see why this is a problem? Even the so called dashboard says nothing. Everything seems fine! But underneath, your money is on hold!.

BEWARE OF PAYSTACK! YOUR MONEY CAN DISAPPEAR WITHOUT NOTICE! YOUR MONEY CAN BE FROZEN WITHOUT NOTICE! THEY CAN EVEN DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU WERE NEVER A CLIENT!

From what I can deduce from your comment above, you used their top up feature to add funds to your Paystack wallet.
From my own understanding of how Paystack works and similar experience I had the first time I used that feature to top up bulk funds to my account, it's a security measure to prevent abuse.

As they were primarily built to help merchants accept payments for goods and services from their customers via their cards, bank, etc. as the case maybe.
Mailing them back and updating them on the reason for the top up will get the hold removed.

If you're keen on not having them put your account on hold all the time, then it's best you increase your sales so that the incoming payments from your customers can match whatever amount you want to pay out to your customers or business account(Outgoing Payments) instead of using the Top up Feature.

Their Topup feature is free of the 1.5% charges which I still wonder how they kept it free since the funding is done via Card, etc. So don't expect them to just sit and watch everyone abuse the privilege as they are also in the business to make money.

NB. I'm neither a Paystack Staff or solicitor. Just airing out my own view as a customer and Business Ownner

This morning I decided to trade my Steam Card with the so called Lordtech.

After I traded my Steam card...I waited saveral hours but I was not paid....the next thing I saw in my inbox is that my card have been redeemed.

As I talk to you now Lordtech just blocked me from WhatsApp.

No one should trade with them anymore.
You're a joker, you bring already used cards to trade and when you're updated on the status, you come here to claim you uploaded a good card.
Find somewhere else to sell those garbages to coz you'll never get paid when you sell them to us. Only cards loaded successfully will be paid for.
Lastly, if you don't trust us, don't deal with us

Put up your ads, and hope there are recommendations about you here?

I was disappointed in lordtech/Lordtrillion. Several hours after payment, he didn't credit me. I had to call all his numbers as found on his site, WhatsApp him, send him text msg, mail him and even come here to tag him before he managed to later credit and then replied my WhatsApp message with "you have been updated". No apology or anything for the delay, I even advised him to review his delay time, no reply.
I can't honestly deal with that guy again, I wonder what would have happened if the amount involved was much more reasonably higher. Only scammer or potential scammer feels comfortable holding another person's money without offering the service paid for only to be troubled before he later offers such service and never offers apology for the delay.

I wouldn’t want to join words with you but on a second thought, I think I should clear the air. You purchased 2gb data via bank transfer which in some cases could take the staff on duty a while to confirm especially when there are delays with email alerts in which first bank delayed in posting emails that day. Your order can only be treated when your payment is confirmed and this could take a while in some cases depending on the payment method you used of which you could lessen this wait time by uploading a proof of your payment. All this happened in less than 6hrs and here you are calling me out.
Mind you, no system is 100% efficient as there could be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We try as much as possible to deliver as soon as we can but If you can’t cope with it, I’ll advice you use other available services. Thanks

Be duly informed that www.paxful.com.ng or www.paxtradings.com is a scam website registered and operated by a Nigerian with the name Olajide Badmus with phone number +15185036141, +8801700883901 and (09026918624). Outlined below are details of my deal on 3rd November, 2017 with this website and screenshots of our sour deal in which i loaded his ids with giftcards worth of $2000+ after which he blocked me on Whatsapp.
I already sent emails to Whogohost(domain registrar), Namecheap(Former Host) , Nira and Nairaland respectively with detailed info concerning my deal with them. Namecheap already suspended his hosting acct but i can see he has gone ahead to host his scam website with a new host(tmdhosting.com) and driving traffic to his website using Nairaland paid ads.

Incase you're thinking of exchanging your cards with this website, pls go through this before you make a decision you'll likely regret coz they've got lots of positive Facebook feedbacks which might convince you to trade with them.

Don't be a victim to their scam
