If the Igbos Are Truly Fighting the Government, Let Them Prove It Where It Matters


If the Igbos are truly fighting the Nigerian government, then let them bring their so-called Sit-at-Home protest to Abuja, Lagos, or even the North. These are the regions where Nigeria’s budget lives, where power is concentrated. If they're serious, let them try it there.

Enough of destroying your own towns, killing your own people, and burning your own markets all in the name of "fighting the government." Who is fooling who?

The moment they take Sit-at-Home to Abuja, Lagos, or even Kaduna, then the world will know they mean business. But until then, we all know—they lack the courage and the strategy to do so. Let them try it—if they have two heads.

Why would IPOB be killing their own brothers and sisters, burning down their own communities, and then claim they’re fighting the government? If you want to face the government, go to where the government lives.

Today is Sit-at-Home. Can any proud Igbo man walk freely in the town? Can anyone open shop in the East today without fear of being attacked? Tell me who is truly enslaving who?
