@hopeful,thanks. Pls as per the ginger and garlic,I'm I going to take them raw or blend them together and can it be done at anytime of my cycle.
I have started the castor oil therapy already.

I finally got my Serrapeptase,Baby&me and EPO.{All thanks to hopeful3}.

@honiepie pls,how many dose of this supplement should I be taking daily? Or should I follow the dosage written on them and also,which day of my circle should I start taking them as I'm already towards the end of my circle. Thanks.
