From inception, MTNF has awarded Scholarships to 3,829 students under both schemes across the 36 states and FCT. Graduating students also benefit from the Employability workshops which is designed with the objective to prepare them for the workplace. They are afterwards inducted into the MTNF Scholarship Student Alumni.

MTN Foundation Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be full time undergraduates in 300 level/3rd year in public Universities, Colleges of Education or Polytechnics in Nigeria.
Applicants from Universities and Colleges of Education must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) score of 3.5 or its equivalent (2:1), while applicants from Polytechnics must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 (upper credit) and evidence of admission for the HND or Direct Entry Program.
Current Beneficiaries of other Scholarship award(s) are not eligible to apply
MTN Foundation Scholarship Value

Under both scholarships, eligible 300 level students studying Science & Technology related courses and blind students studying in Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education) across Nigeria are awarded scholarships worth N200,000.00 annually till graduation as long as they maintain the required grades.

Your scratch knowledge is not bad. Just like other said and you also suggested, pick up a kotlin eBook, read up some important problem solving algorithm and study for a quick pace with the Google internship.

I prefer the sololearn ide to other editors, just download the sololearn app and use it to test and run your codes.

For web development(html, CSS, JavaScript), these can be run offline, but for other programming languages like java, python c++ etc. You'll need internet connection to run it.

The downside is coding on phone is not advisable.

Well, before you "be" (meaning jump) into learning Java if you had done any research at all about what you just got yourself into you should know by now Kotlin is the official Android language.

Android is Google's so definitely the course will be in Kotlin. Brace up!!!

Hmmm! Your case is very strong o. You applied for a scholarship when you don't know Java or kotlin? There is no textbook I will recommend that will help you when you do not have basic knowledge of Java or kotlin. You will find it difficult to understand android development if you don't understand how OOP, multithreading, collections, and interface work.

Anyway, I will list some books that will help you in Java and Android at the same time but those books are old still relevant though. Check out the screenshot below.

Get the following books: Head First Java, Java : the complete reference, Effective Java.

For Android development : Head First Android Development, Android programming Big Nerd Ranch 4th(in kotlin) while 3rd (in Java). These books will broaden your horizon on Java and Android development, however to be pro you start building apps.

nope.. maybe next time.. the BM and shear force calculations were not needed that much.
Doing those long calculations on Shear forces and Bending moment are not regarded much. Try to finding a shortcut. Maybe using EMA: to find VB and EMA to find VA.
then go straight to drawing of the shear diagram. Shear force diagram needs only the forces applied, VA and VB. From the shear force diagram, you can draw the BM diagram.
Instead of spending 10mins solving the V and M calculations, you only spend 3 mins.
